Steve pulls out an honest-to-god napkin from his pocket, and Bucky stands there, questioning his reality, as Steve dabs the soft fabric over his mouth and chin, wiping off the mess he made.
But it can’t wipe away Bucky’s reddened lips and flushed cheeks, can it? It can’t heal the bruised ache of his throat and the hot throb between his legs, in his ass.
Knowing Steve, he doesn’t want to.
“As good as it gets,” Steve says, tucking the napkin away and pulling up his own pants, making himself presentable as if this is nothing out of the ordinary. “Maybe they’ll know with one look at you, but well, can’t say I mind.” He pats down his jacket and raises his eyes to Bucky, and his smile’s still wide but his eyes are piercing. “Do you? Walking around with your mouth showing exactly what it can do.”
“Steve,” Bucky breathes. There’s no other word in his head.
“It’s mine,” Steve says, pecking Bucky sweetly on the lips. “This pretty mouth. Everything it can do. All mine.”
“Yes,” Bucky agrees helplessly. “Yes, of course, yes.”
