It's so creepy that I can just look up my friends EXACT addresses with nothing but their last name.

I just wanna sell silly things on the side without pressure when I feel like it but the government really wants me to dox myself for like maybe 100€ profit.

Or I could get a virtual office address for 50€/month so that's absolutely fantastic and will create no pressure to actually make money whatsoever!!!

And the tool that shows your address keeps historical data and even if it didn't, the internet never forgets; so even yolo'ing it until I make enough profit isn't an option.

So the conclusion is to give up and cry, because doing something casually is apparently not viable and hated by the world.

But like, I came to about 500€ per year just to be allowed to sell regularly without doxxing myself and that wasn't including the packaging regulation stuff??

I now understand why they don't really care unless you make more than 700 a year because before that you literally just lose money.

Also funny though that once you do go over the threshold you kinda have to go A LOT over just to still make profit but oh well.........

My favourite part was when I looked into the address thing and an official page was like "virtual offices are not allowed" and then I found like infinite virtual office providers that said it was legal and accepted by the institutions.

TURNS OUT. "virtual office" is only not allowed when you don't have someone that accepts postal services for you and all these providers do that do it's okay. BUT GOD, I really thought I had to rent a studio just to not doxx myself 😭
