During RA training when we have to do ice breakers at 9am before everyone is even awake

When there’s a crisis happening in the building but all of the other RAs are away for the weekend

When we don’t have the elevator turned on for move in day so the residents try to get creative

When you pick a perfect RA staff for your building but get switched to another one right before school starts

When an RA thinks that having one quick conversation with a resident will solve their entire roommate problem

When you find out that the residents put a couch on the roof of your building
