NEW YORK PIZZA, Midvalley. Apparently, the pizza is good here but due to an unfortunate no pizza-month for me, I didn't have it. Regardless to the highlight of this café, the meatball bolognese is massive+delicious and of course, I couldn't finish it. It got me full after few bites. (Very very little food was wasted) And the waffle wedges was an A+

Roast Seabass && vegetables traybake first attempt was a success 💪🏿 2 servings 2x sea bass 
4x slices of lemon
10x small potatoes 
One loose green peppers (strips)
Black olives (halved)
1x Rosemary (finely chopped) Heat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4.
Cover the non-stick tray with aluminium foil.
Spread 2tbs of olives oil on the tray with rosemary.
Toss potatoes and green peppers on the tray and leave it in the oven for 25 minutes. Add both seabass on the tray, place lemons on top of them and spread the black olives. Words that are said by angry people might have been the truths, or could there be any possibilities that those harsh and inconsiderate words give some sort of pleasure to one? -: It can be forgiven, but not forgotten. Not every words that you say, you mean it. You might have thought about it but because you’re wiser and better than that, you don’t even think of saying it. :- I believe angry people are at their most vulnerable. Writing down notes when you’re angry surely is a good idea to ease the pain. It doesn’t matter how random your angry thoughts could be, therapeutically, it helps. Because you will always have an option to keep your words to yourself. Regrets are the cruellest thing that one would ever have to live with. :- It is undeniable, talking does help. But does it gonna make you any better? Of course, if you know how to control your thoughts and all. By all means, you’re calm enough to make a normal conversations.
