IMPORTANT: You can only have one replacement at a time, so if you are installing my autumn, winter or spring version of umbrellas or versions from other authors, make sure you remove them from the Mods folder. You can also download the merged file, all 4 files separately at once, or select only the ones you want to combine different versions (for example, with my autumn, winter or spring umbrellas). This is the last set of seasonal umbrellas I’m making (though I might make some themed ones at some point). I’ve also seen your comments, and I promise to look into combining the four seasonal umbrella sets into one using mods.

My recommendation: a mod by LittleMsSam that adds more umbrella variations for NPCs.

Benedict Bath, Bridgerton-inspired set

Hi :) If you’ve watched Season 4 of Bridgerton, you might remember that spicy bathtub scene between Benedict and Sophie in the final episode. This CC set is inspired by it.

I managed to find some pics of that bathtub online, to see it clearer without the altered light and coloring on the show, and oddly enough, it’s actually blue with some toned-down metallic color instead of black and brass like it appears on the show, so I made light and dark swatches, along with some classic Bridgerton colors (there are also some Featherington colors :)). The bath water is similar to the petal-infused one on the show, and it doesn’t have a footprint, so it won’t block your Sims’ path/ animations.❤

The glamping journey is coming to an end with Ikhas Part 4! It is time to finish up those tent interiors so your Sims can finally relax.

This final part includes all the bathroom and kitchen essentials you need: a sunken bathtub, a campaign-inspired sink, a freestanding shower, and a toilet with a matching surround. I also included shelves for a kitchenette, a mini-fridge, campaign dining furniture, and a wardrobe that pairs perfectly with the Soho walk-in closet items!

NANCY Part 3 by Lukheya

Hello, hello!

This month’s set is finally here! We are heading back outdoors for Part 3 of the Nancy Collection, featuring a full set of windows, doors and decorative items to help you create the perfect coastal entrance 🥰

I originally thought this month was going to be a difficult one and that I wouldn’t be able to create as many items as I wanted… but somehow I ended up making almost 60 💀💀

I finally figured out how to create the cutout for windows, so you’ll find plenty of variations included in the set. One of my favorites is the angled version, which lets you create beautiful two-story rooms or even a cute greenhouse like the one shown in the pictures! For the larger windows, I also wanted to create matching door versions so everything could look seamless when building full glass walls and I’m really happy with how they turned out.

I had also been wanting to create my own curtains for a long time and I tried my best to give the mesh a soft fabric effect. I hope you like them! They come in multiple heights and I also included striped swatches that make them unique and perfect for this collection.

I also experimented with roof tiles because, honestly, I really dislike most of the ones we currently have in-game 😭 I genuinely think I’ll be using these in every build from now on! They strike a nice balance between modern and traditional and they come in several neutral tones alongside browns, blues and reds.

Finally, I really wanted to create a customizable porch area. To make it as flexible as possible, you’ll find separate roof and wood pieces that you can mix and match with different swatches. Alternatively, you can use the standalone versions featuring my original swatches.

I think that’s pretty much everything I have to say about this set, since I can’t possibly talk about every single item individually. I really hope you all have fun with it and let your creativity run wild! I can’t wait to see your builds! 🥰

Welcome to The Royal Sanctuary, the sixth and final part of The Kwatei Collection. For this closing chapter, we are stepping into the private quarters to focus on the "getting ready" ritual and the art of layered comfort.

After months of building this world together, I wanted to end on a high note with a suite that feels both architectural and incredibly cozy. From the modular Kora Wardrobe System that lets you build the walk-in closet of your dreams to the functional Traders' Threshold folding screen with real working hinges, every item in this set was designed to bring a sense of quiet luxury and heritage to your Sims’ bedrooms.
