Johnny usually didn’t listen to anyone’s orders, he made a point of it. Typically in this scenario, he would pack up and leave. But something about her suggestion reminded him of Sue’s orders, which immediately lit a (metaphorical) fire under his ass. He could do this. He could start and finish a science paper without practically getting Reed Richards to write it for him. And so he began typing away at a mess something of an outline.
“I mean- it has its perks too, should those be included even if they go against my argument?”
She had returned to her own essay once she saw that he was making at least some sort of decent progress on his own outline. Her own outline had been finished days ago, and really, all that was left for her was ensuring that everything was cited correctly. At his question, she nodded in affirmation.
“Make it a separate paragraph or section, and at the end of it, refute it in order to make your own arguments stronger,” Hope replied, tilting her head to the side. “Do you just wait until you’re completely out of time to start assignments or is this just a special case? Because if it’s the former, I’m not entirely sure how you’re going to get through the rest of the year.”
