The winner of the poll is here! I was afraid no one would like this coat so I’m very happy to see that it’s the opposite.

Baker Trait

This is my first mod, so if you find any issues that I may have missed during my testing or have any suggestions please let me know!

This trait can be found under the

Hobby

section in CAS (for teens, young adults, adults and elders) and adds a few fun features for those Sims who love to bake! I am in the process of finishing up a custom aspiration (and possibly an event) that will go along with this trait nicely to add some additional depth to playing with a Baker sim!

Trait Description:

These Sims gain powerful moodlets from baking. They learn Baking and Cooking skills quickly, find inspiration to bake frequently, take pride in crafting high quality dishes and can Share a Secret Recipe with trusted friends!

New Buffs:

The Cherry On Top (+1 Confident Mood for 2 hours) from decorating baked goods (cookies, cakes, pastries, etc..) How Sweet It Is (+1 Inspired Mood for duration of interaction) from baking (oven and cupcake factory) and decorating baked goods. Whip It Real Good (+Inspired Mood for 4 hours) from performing Watch Cooking Channel, Watch Culinary Training Videos, Watch Cooking Shows for Ideas, Look for New Recipe Ideas and Research Advanced Cooking Techniques interactions. Shared a Secret Recipe (+1 Happy Mood for 4 hours) from performing the new social interaction ‘Share a Secret Recipe’ on another sim.

Social Interactions:

Share a Secret Recipe (Friendly Interaction) can be performed on sims with medium to high friendship levels (a trusted sim!) and will give the new 'Shared a Secret Recipe’ buff.

Jool’s Simming Drifter’s Wonders - One of the biggest and best witchy themed set out there. It’s a must download.

Magnolian Farwell- She makes some of the most beautiful and delicately crafted gowns out there. She also has an amazing witch set. Her aesthetic and attention to detail is unrivaled.

Little Cakes- Her creations are absolutely stunning and are absolutely perfect for a modern green witch. Her downloads are absolute essentials for my gameplay.

Zx-ta: Her medieval conversions are meticulously perfect. If you’re looking to add a flair of old and ancient power to a witch’s home or ensemble, look no further. With 11 pages of medieval treasures for download, you’ll fall in love with her cc over and over again.

Plumbob Tea Society- If you want to make an earthy, cluttered witch house, items from the Cottage Garden and Rustic Romance packs are essentials. Many of the other packs include items I use frequently in decorating. (Yeah I know I’m biased because I was part of the group, but I love everything we created)

Simlaughlove’s Simblreen Set- SLL is know for her exceptionally adorable content, and for simblreen she made some of the most perfect witch content. I love it all. It’s a must download.

Mlys Simblr- Although at first look, much of her cc is geared towards modern gameplay, but if you look closely you’ll see the magical potential in her museum sets and the portraits she’s created. Keep an eye on her 😉

Lana’s Collections- Last but not least, the master indexer of cc, dear Lana, makes witchy cc much easier to find. These are the tags I recommend.

Many many tumblrs have collections of witchy cc, so listed above are simply my absolute favorite cannot play without creators in the category.

Also make keep your eye out for the start of Simblreen, which is an excellent time to pick up witchy cc. Some creators give out exclusives that weekend so, if you’re able, keep the weekend clear as soon as the date is set.

I also recommend getting getting @pictureamoebae‘s Sliding Shelf OMSP to help clutter things densely.
