Hi Sarah! Thank you for the warm compliments! It definitely motivates me to push myself creatively :) It's always a shame when people keep locations a secret, so I hope this helps! There are a few spots that come to mind that I've shot at. If you have access to a car, then you can get to them easy :)

If you haven't shot there yet, Bishop Peak Trail is a really sweet and intimate spot. The whole area is covered in shade, so if you're shooting in the late afternoon, you probably wont get any light leaking through the branches since the sun will be on the other side of the mountain =P Its maybe a 5-10 minute walk till you find a spot on the trail that is actually shootable :)  Here is a google map pin drop of the spot I am talking about: There are backrounds all around Bishop peak that you can check out and i'm sure you're bound to find something beautiful.

The Second spot that comes to mind is by Avila Beach. If you google Avila Sea Caves, You'll find a route to a pretty sweet cliff side spot that overlooks the ocean. I plan to do more shoots out here when I have the opportunity :)

Other than that, the other spots that I enjoy using can be found all along the 1 highway going up towards Cayucos. There are lots of opportunities for you to pull over on the side of the highway and some really sweet turnouts. :) Even on the road towards morro bay, you'll find some sweet & intimate locations. SLO is filled with back roads along Foot Hill & other parts of the area that will take you to some sweet spots. I wish I lived out there to go explore but go have fun with it and waste some gas! ^_^ I hope that helps!
