I know this runs against the grain of my regular posts, but I just had to share my breakfast with you... If you didn't know, despite my depression, I am quite into health & nutrition. Okay, I'm no doctor, but I have gained quite a bit of knowledge over the years about the good old human body (hence why I would never consent to any jabs) I'll not bore you with details now, but I follow a strict Ketogenic Diet and have done for the last year. This is a diet that we, as primitive man and woman, would have lived on, but unfortunately, modern times have conditioned us to live on sugar and carbs, which is terribly unhealthy for us! The point is, just over a year ago, I was told that I was type two diabetic and that diabetes is an untreatable condition that would require a somewhat toxic and harmful drug regime to control and would get worse over time... WRONG!! So basically, I went away, did some research and after three months, had reversed the diabetes entirely, thus returning my blood glucose levels, HBA1C levels, etc., to that of someone with zero diabetes. So, I am no longer diabetic and never will be again... I am immunosuppressed due to a kidney transplant 14 years ago, I don't sanitise, I don't wear stupid masks, I do not social distance, yet I literally never get ill, not even a cold! I just eat clean, I consume zero carbs or sugar, and I work out; That's it!
