Self happiness. A lot of people often forget about the concept. If you aren’t happy with yourself, are you really happy? You spend your time and energy to put smiles on faces that aren’t your own. You spend your whole check on clothes and accessories just to get awe from a stranger in the street. You starve yourself to get attention from people who only love you for your body. You give all your love and attention to people who walk all over you just to see them smile because of their social status. In the end you sit alone at night with an arsenal of drugs and liquor to drown out the pain and convince yourself that everything is okay and the world is a warm place. The world is a cold place. Colder than you can imagine. You will be faced with heartbreak and defeat. When it happens, if all your energy and time is put on putting smiles on faces that just disappear, you will be broken. A lost soul. As you read this ask yourself if you are really happy. Would the young naive child you once were be happy with who you are now? Would he/she look up to you and aspire to be you? Cut off toxic people. Cut off the habits that slowly kill you and only put smiles on a certain few. Keep sight of your goals and never forget who you really are and who you really want to be. Never stop improving. Your life is truly short. Live every breath with the upmost bliss so that your last breath holds no regrets and remorse. Be happy.
