I told you I was going to post the meal plan I am using. It's super easy for me bc I became a vegetarian last month. I've never been a fan of meat so cutting it out wasn't hard at all. I use the GNC Lean Fat protein and I get the pre-packaged salads (no meat or dressings).. I don't drink as much water as I should but I like La Croix club soda to substitute my water intake. I hope this helps someone! I will be posting my before picture soon and one every month after that. I'm serious this time! Quarter Century Prep in FULL effect!

The BIG 2-5!! I will be 25 in April and I am determined to get to my ideal look. I started August 19th (yesterday) and I'm just ready for change! I found a GREAT meal plan I will sticking to until my body gets used to it. I will be posting the meal plan soon! I'm working out 6x a week, 5x @ the gym and 1x just running around my neighborhood. In October, I will begin working with a personal trainer. In January, I will be joining a CROSSFIT gym. I plan on going to Vegas (my FIRST time 😁😁) for my birthday so I'm ready for this lifestyle. Please keep me accountable fitblr fam!
