    ‘ hey now — cool points? ’  he’s offended. he’s shocked. he’s appalled.  ‘ i look like a thirteen year old boy t’you? ’  though a little grumpy ( and not even slightly afraid to show his discontent ), he takes the hand anyway. 

Unfortunately, one of them managed to squeeze off a few rounds into the air as he fell, and that spooked the horses. She didn’t have time to chase one down or calm it enough to climb on back, but she also didn’t have time to duck inside the stable and take one of the horses there. The second option was still the safer route, since she wouldn’t be left out in the open on foot if she failed. Ducking inside, she almost sobbed with relief. Finally, a stroke of luck. One dappled mare was tied to a post outside the stalls. She must have been mid-grooming when the commotion began at the estate house and been left waiting. Whatever the reason, Brandy knew better than to look a gift horse in the mouth, in this case literally. She swung a leg over the mare’s back and reached up to untie her from the post, then leaned over to grab the handle of a manure fork nearby. Then they were off toward the route blinking green on her glasses display. 

The dogs had gained a lot of ground during Brandy’s delay, and soon they were almost upon her. Turning her upper body and balancing one hand on the horse’s flank, she waited until they entered the wooded area, then threw the fork high. At first, she was certain it hadn’t worked. There was silence, and the dogs breached the treeline. Then, from above, the fork came tumbling down along with the tree stand that it had struck. The hunting and stable equipment fell hard enough that she heard at least two of the dogs yelp, whether from fear or injury she didn’t stop to find out. The woods were getting denser, and the mare she was riding didn’t have a bridle. 

    “ Tell me how cool I just looked, ” she said with a grin, leaning down and forward to avoid low-hanging branches.  “ Those dogs aren’t stopping. I can put a little more distance between us, but this pickup has to be quick. ”

GETTING  TO  KNOW  THE  ACCOUNT :

WHAT  INSPIRED  YOU  TO  TAKE  ON  THIS  MUSE :   I got home from the movie and I was following a ton of canon statesman blogs and I started thinking like how easily OCs would fit into statesman, and I didn’t know what I wanted but I knew I needed her to be sort of still finding her place as an agent. I saw a gifset of Wynonna on my dash (bc i play waverly) and it was the scene where she spins peacemaker and drops it. And I was like “guys, meet Agent Brandy” and it just kinda grew from there 

WHAT  ARE  YOUR  FAVORITE  ASPECTS  OF  YOUR  CURRENT  MUSE :  I love how relatable she is. She is a wonderfully accomplished young woman, she’s sharp as a tack and crazy skilled, but she doubts herself so much. 

WHAT’S  YOUR  BIGGEST  INSPIRATION  WHEN  IT  COMES  TO  WRITING :   I don’t know. Like, I never understood this question when i heard it asked of authors, I literally don’t know what it means, I am inspired to write because I want to create stories. And I’m inspired to RP because it’s like I get to write a story WITH someone, but also it’s kind of like we’re writing each other tiny stories back and forth. idk lol

FAVORITE  TYPES  OF  THREADS :  Oh man, really long, nicely plotted stuff. If I’m confident in what’s going down, I can really invest in it. Knowing that there’s an actual story we’re telling is the most amazing feeling. Whether that means “Hey, my character is the daughter that your character thought died as an infant, but she’s actually okay. Wanna RP them figuring that out?” or “Okay so he’s going to investigate something in these ruins and when he gets there he’s going to find a child who’s infected and raise his gun to mercy kill her, and that can be where your character comes in and they can duke it out. Ooh, and what if she takes him prisoner? It would establish her organization as a significant threat to the government” (Hey kirsten are those plots you’re currently writing? Yes. Yes they freaking are.)

BIGGEST  STRUGGLE  IN  REGARDS  TO  YOUR  CURRENT  MUSE :  I guess just uncertainty with approaching other people. I have so many ideas for threads, but I’m too chicken to reach out to people, and the people I want to reach out to never really reach out to me lmao.
