“It’s a bit weird to join a school for the powered and strange and then be so concerned about someone seeing what you can do.” came Leitis’ reply as the door shut behind her, not bothering to act ashamed or apologetic, as she wasn’t exactly keen to those emotions to begin with.
She even went so far as to shuffle past him, bringing a hand up and pulling a safety pin out of her jacket pocket to prick her finger and begin to manipulate the blood, writing in cursive through the air with a very thin stream: 𝓌𝑒'𝓇𝑒 𝒶𝓁𝓁 𝓌𝑒𝒾𝓇𝒹 𝒽𝑒𝓇𝑒.
“I’m Leitis, who the fuck are you?” It might not be charming, but at least she bothered to introduce herself at all.
Tommy nodded his head in agreement, feeling a little embarrassed that he’d tried to hide. “That’s true. I’m just not used to being open with mine, I always had to keep it hidden.”
Tommy cringed when she stuck herself with the needle, and he felt kind of scared when the girl wrote with the blood that had squeezed out of her finger. At the rather brash introduction, his eyebrows raised. “Woah, uh... I’m Tommy.”
