Just came up with a idea that Toph refers to Aang as "The bum" or "Freeloader" whenever he stays with her after traveling.
On the phone if she calls him that, the GAang instantly knows Aang is visiting her 😭
Like,after dinner:
Toph reclined on the couch with
Aang laying against her stomach and Momo curled on his.
Toph was petting Aang's head until the moment was interrupted by the phone ringing.
"I'll get it,"Aang sat up but was stopped by Toph's hand on his shoulder.
"Don't worry your pretty lil head,babe. I got it." She gave his shoulder a quick squeeze before getting up.
With her being momentarily gone: Aang stretched out, put his arm behind his head, and then stroked Momo's ear.
Toph picked up the rotary phone on the small table. "Beifong here. What do you want?"
"Hey,Toph!"
"Hey,Sugar Queen." She smiled.
"Katara!" Aang beamed. "Tell Mrs and Mr. Hotman I said,Flameo!"
She nodded as Katara continued talking.
"I was just calling to say hi and see how you're doing. What have you been up to?"
"Nothing much. I just got home from work and found this bum laying on my couch and eating my food." Toph jokingly said. "Also,he said, 'Flameo, Mrs. and Mr. Hotman'."
Katara gasped softly. "Aang's there! Tell him I said hi!"
Aang scoffed. "So, this is the type of gratitude I get for making you breakfast, lunch,wash and folded your clothes,and then making you dinner?" He glared at her without any heat.
"Oh,wah,wah! You say that as if you're doing me a favor. You like doing those things anyway!" She teased. "Oh, and Sugar Queen told you to get out my house you vagrant. "
"Toph!" Katara chuckled.
"You're such a liar!" Aang laughed. "I expect this verbal abuse from you. Not her."
"Well,you know the saying. Wolf in koala-sheep clothing." She shrugged with a little smirk.

funnily enough people love shipping toph and kanto as if kanto's whole "obsessed with how strong/cool toph is" gimmick was not taang's dynamic first.
just remembered zuko can drive. he has a whole airship (and more) and he's a pilot. add that to the list of things that make zuko even more attractive than he is as an adult (co-pilot katara)

Much to Lobsang (18) and Gyasto II Beifong total embarrassment and dismay:
Aang is 100% the type of Dad who will use every opportunity to show anyone a collection of their baby photos from his wallet.
The embarrassment is 10X worse for Gyasto II.
