did you read that post? the whole point was that people think gender expression is the reason for hcs when it’s not (in this case). that’s what the asker said. i was just pointing out the inconsistency in A) insisting b!will headcanons are a result of stereotypes about effeminate gay men and simultaneously B) not acknowledging that will is in fact an effeminate gay man. this is a super nitpicky response to that without even fully comprehending the point being made. i never used gender expression as the basis of my headcanon. that’s what i meant.

i do feel like people pull that factoid out of their ass (lol). and yeah you are right to point that out. i would Hope they aren’t arguing it’s somehow more queer to be versatile but regardless i think it’s dumb to expect people to all have the most neutral headcanon because of a made up statistic. it doesn’t matter what ‘most people’ do because they aren’t a random sample they’re both completely fictional individual characters
