The smile on her face only widened more now, she was practically beaming at him. She had been a little worried about this test, but now knowing that she’d be getting to study with her classmate, she felt so much more relieved.

She hummed softly as she considered a study spot before she chose one.

Happily, Soraka walked ever so slightly ahead of Azir. With a small bounce in her step, it was clear that she was excited about going to the cafe. Though to be honest, she was mostly excited about the cinnamon buns. In her book, any excuse to head to that cafe was a good one.

Tilting her head slightly so that she could chat with Azir, she walked along with him to the cafe, making small talk along the way.

Walking alongside Azir, she hummed softly. Once close, she bounded up towards the entrance, the spring in her step more evident at this point. It was clear she was excited to enter the cafe, it was her favorite after all!

Of course, as guardians, it’s expected that they be the ones to take care of the voidlings. However, with so many spottings, guardians can easily grow weak and tired. As a result, it becomes more and more important that the healers are alert and watching the health levels of everyone on the team.

With increased vulnerabilities, it hasn’t been uncommon to see different teams come together to take on hoardes. Typically, teams didn’t usually come together to take on missions, but things were a little bit different now in this huge fervor.

And so, the two teams met on the battlefield. With such a huge boss to take on, there wasn’t really any time for introductions. Upon arrival, both teams immediately dove straight into battle. With so many different spells flying in all directions and so many people moving around, it was a little hard to keep track of specific people.

As the team’s healer, Soraka stood in the back of the group, keeping an eye on anyone who was in her field of vision, impairing the enemies with her spells and healing up her allies.

Off in the corner of her eye, she noticed one figure fighting off a rather large voidling on her own, away from the rest of the group. Alarmed, Soraka kept an eye on the girl as she fought. It seemed so odd to see a guardian not working together with the other squads, and seemingly made her more vulnerable to other foes.

And exactly that it did. Another sizeable voidling made its way towards the girl. Quickly, Soraka went flying towards the girl.

This time, it was her turn to blush. A light shade of pink made its way across her face, waving her hand as if dismissing Elise’s words.

“Oh no, it’s no problem. It’s my job anyways— and there’s no reason not to get to know you! If we’ll be seeing each other, I think it’s only fair to try and get to know you. Everyone else is missing out!” she smiled softly at Elise.

“no pains, no aches, thanks to you, and yesterday, thanks for saving me like that, it felt nice to be honest, thank you”

A small sigh of relief left her lips as she heard Elise’s words, she nodded her head as she listened.

“I’m glad. To be honest, I was a little bit worried about you. You seemed so tired and worn out, but I feel glad knowing that you feel better now.”

She smiled as she looked over at Elise, it was pretty noticeable that she felt better, she even looked better. Soraka truly did feel better knowing she was able to help Elise.
