Young girls are naturally inclined to witchcraft. You cant leave a young girl alone in the backyard for 5 minutes without her trying to make "soup" from some flower petals and sticks.

its actually pretty necessary for people who grew up being told "all of your thoughts are constantly monitored by an omniscient and omnipotent authority who may doom you to an eternity of torment if you think wrong" to occasionally be reminded that none of it is true at all.

The sooner you start, the sooner you'll be done with it and the sooner you can stop thinking about it. Go on, up you get, it won't be as bad as you think.

You won't want to do it later either. You might as well just do it now. Even if you don't finish it all, anything you manage to get done now is something you don't have to do later (when you still won't want to do it)

issue with being mentally and physically ill and/or broke is that all you ever do is survive and that sounds like enough on the face of it but it is very normal to want and even need more than that. and it feels almost dismissive to pretend like there’s not a lot of grief associated with the experience. because there just is

I’m only 28 and it feels a million times better than 23. I can’t wait to see what 30 feels like. Becoming an older woman is filled with internal validation, an inner calm, a recognition of patterns. I am not perfect but I accept myself despite it.
