Griefer's #1 Glazer

My family (2 brothers and mother) are trying to move countries. My mother is in the military. My father is out of picture, but we require his approval to be able to move countries. He is currently refusing to sign the papers that say we can leave (or get the passports required). We only have 2 options if he doesn’t sign them, or if the military doesn’t allow us to continue without it, which is either, stay in America (dangerous since it puts my family at risk of being detained by ICE, which is seeming like more of a concern now that they are taking Native Americans like us.), or go to court and fight it since he is legally supposed to sign them. We unfortunately do not have the money to afford a lawyer. Neither of my brothers can work, and I am too young. This is our only chance to be able to leave the country before it gets worse.
