Part 15 of my Huevember Redesign series! So this is Cadmia Juane, changeling bard extraordinaire!

Way better low bun for her! I wanted to keep the essence of her performer look, while adding on more fabric that actually makes sense (side-eye that little hip cape) I also wanted to nod to the circus-like inspiration with her color palette without making her a straight-up clown. So swap the red for pink and the blue for indigo, while maintaining that bright yellow base.

This also took forever to get through! I think it's because I liked her original design so much, that I felt I had to do even better on the redesign. Also went a little harder on the lineart than normal, which is my least favorite part. And then I added more work on top with 2 more portraits. But I wanted to show off that she normally wears the mask on the side of her head. So it was obviously necessary.

for what it's worth: after a few months of submitting help tickets as 'feedback' when i saw a post inappropriately flagged as mature, i tried following this suggestion instead. today i got my first-ever response from tumblr support on this issue, letting me know that a post i'd submitted a ticket before has had its mature content flag removed.

Due to recent events I am this (👌) close to writing a story that starts with a hero killing the villain bc "they're a heartless monster" and the villain threatens that they're "just like them" and then as the hero is cleaning up the villain's mess and trying to help everyone they start making more and more questionable decisions and when their friends point out that they're acting like the villain the hero justifies it with "it's okay bc I'm not a monster" and then eventually they're hunted down by someone exactly like they used to be and the former hero realizes that they became WORSE that the villain and never compared their actions before bc the villain wasn't a human, but a monster. So they coldly step out to be executed by their former allies and attempt to warn the new hero to not follow in their footsteps. But the new hero only sees a monster.

We were talking about atla the other day and someone mentioned a fanfic they read and one of my friends said that they dont approve of fanfic of atla because theyre children.

And i was like "not all fanfic is sexual."

"Yeah, suuuuuure."

And its like.... fanific is not my preferred way to interact with media but even I know that:

1. not all fanfic is about sex.

2. Underage persons write fanfiction and they should be allowed to interact in Fandom this way.

3. Even if it was all sexual, they are not real people. They are fictional.

Can't believe im saying this in 2026 but literally if it makes you uncomfortable, dont read that.
