There were some odd tempi throughout the show and some bold pauses. Most notably in the final lair, there were notable beats of silence between "show some compassion" [pause] "the world showed no compassion to me" which I thought was an... interesting choice

I saw Dean Chisnall last year, too, and his performance has definitely evolved since then in the most wonderful way! He's an incredibly strong singer and his delivery tonight was so evocative and compelling. His MotN was one of the most dramatic horniest I have ever seen from anyone. During "floating, falling" he stuck his face into her hair and audibly inhaled. It was decadent.

I have a lot of Opinions on Christine as a character, and I really enjoyed Lily Kerhoas' more subdued interpretation. She made interesting choices in phrasing and tone which felt thoughtful and meaningful.
