Blog Effect

An Ateneo Senior High School student, who attended the Agos Summit along with 3-4 other classmates, told me her teacher made them print copies of my blog so they can discuss it in their English class. At least give this Sensate closure

Sense8 was the first series I watched when I was back to being a single woman freshly recovering from a broken relationship. It was years of getting used to sharing everything I had until I discovered Sense8. It came at a perfect time when I needed something for myself that was just mine. I had a sense of ownership to that TV series because I did not share it with anyone else. Not until season 2 started at least (and that was quite the wait for me). I was just getting used to sleeping alone again at night, and the cluster kept me company. There are lots of cool shows out there but I particularly loved this one because not only were I watching the story of 8 people unfold, but also my own. Netflix canceled the show rather abruptly and I’ve never needed closure as much as I do now.
