Anna’s buttercup pics!  I can’t believe she will be 8 in a couple of weeks!  This age is the BEST!

Our family is a huge fan of buttercups!  A special thanks to our neighbors for letting us take pics in their yard!

Anna’s 2nd grade class went to the Maryland Science Center in Baltimore, Maryland for their field trip!  This was the best field trip!  We especially loved having lunch outside on the inner harbor!  And we were very impressed with the Deep Sea IMAX film!  All of the kids enjoyed doing pixel art in the Shed!  And the Dinosaur exhibit was a must see!  The bed of nails made the field trip really amazing!  You need to reserve a spot in the kids room if you are planning a trip to the center.  The Center was very crowded and some of the children have season passes!  I can’t wait to take my niece and nephew in the summer!

Lila’s 6th birthday party was an American Girl Tea Party at our house!  We started the party with tea time!  And then the girls made a necklace, star ornament and flower for their dolls!  Their favorite part was taking their dolls to the salon!  We played games as well!  I made Lila’s birthday cake since she wanted it to be a funfetti cake!  I was especially grateful for my cake decorating lessons when I was in 4-H!  These pictures were taken by the amazing Lea Alexandrine Photography!

More pictures from our trip to the Maryland Zoo!  I love the picture of the elephant’s eye lashes and bottom of hoof!  The flamingos are my favorite!  Lila loved feeding the giraffe!

We visited the Maryland Zoo today! Most of the animals were out so the kids were excited!  This was Tyler’s 1st trip to a zoo!  He is almost 9 months old.   It was fun to introduce each animal to him!  I can’t wait to go back again soon!
