Elissa and Sawyer’s Wedding: Who Was On the Guest List?

Yesterday news broke of a private ceremony held for Her Royal Highness Princess Elissa of Rivenia and Sawyer Quinn, eldest son of the Duke of Andale. While Wilhelm Palace had tried to make sure that no press had been alerted, local Glimmerbrook paps had been able to snap shots of some of the guests arriving!

Official Photos from the Christening Released

This evening the Windenburg Palace Press Office released photos taken of the christening of HRH Princess Magdalena. The photos include shots from inside Ancastor Cathedral just before the priest performed the ceremony and a portrait taken in the Blue Antechamber in Windenburg Palace, featuring the princess and her parents as well as all of the chosen godparents.

Guests Arrive for the Christening of Princess Magdalena 

This morning we celebrate the christening of Her Royal Highness Princess Magdalena of Ancastor! Guests are gathering at Ancastor Cathedral, from foreign royalty to our local favorites. 

First to arrive we see one of the infant Princess’ aunts, HRH Princess Valentina of Castille. The Castillian royal has been spotted on and off in Lunaria since the birth of her niece and has reportedly been trying to support her older sister, Princess Isadora, who is reportedly having trouble adjusting to being a mother.

TM King Dante and Queen Ashli of Windsor arrive next with their two daughters, TRH Princesses Karissa and Kassandra following behind them. TM’s other three children were unable to be in attendance due to other commitments. Rumor has it that HM King Dante has been selected as one of Princess Magdalena’s godparents.

Here to support her childhood friend we spot HRH Princess Elizabeth of Rivenia giving a cheerful wave to the gathered press gathered outside the cathedral. The Rivenian native currently resides here in Windenburg to run her successful art gallery, the Montgomery Gallery of Classical Arts. Prince Nicky is rumored to have bought several pieces from her to decorate Whiteglenn Manor, his official residence, with. 

Also arriving for the event this afternoon are the Duke and Duchess of Ely. His Grace the Duke is the godfather of Crown Prince Nicholas and remains one of HM the King’s closest friends despite their reportedly many disagreements on the running of the HoL. The Duke’s wife, Duchess Sofia, is the current head of the Carmichael banking empire and has shockingly named her eldest daughter, Lady Larissa Ely-Quinn, as her sole heir. The decision shocked many in Lunaria since it goes entirely against the tradition of overlooking daughters in favor of one’s sons. The couple’s only son, William, is still set to inherit his father’s Dukedom however.

After the Duke and Duchess we see Lady Alaina Montgomery-Woods hand-in-hand with her new husband, Alexander Woods. Lady Alaina is the daughter of TRH the Duke and Duchess of Asteria, making her King Arden’s first cousin; the Rivenian noble is attending on behalf of her father, who is unable to travel due to his health, which has been declining since the death of his wife, Aimee, three years ago.

Also representing Rivenia today, HRH Princess Elissa arrives solo to the cathedral despite rumors of her relationship with one Sawyer Quinn, son of the Duke of Andale. “The Elusive Princess”, as she has been dubbed by Rivenia’s press, has remained largely on the outskirts of her family since her father, the late King Dorian, had included her in the succession despite being born outside of his marriage. HRH takes on the least amount of engagements and lives mostly off of her own fortune, gained during her time as a high-level mechanical engineer at Colson Tech one of the top internationally ranked tech companies. She is several years Sawyer Quinn’s senior.

Next we spot Elliott Hampton and his fiancée supermodel Lisa Cartwright. Mr. hampton is the Crown Prince’s best friend, the two having met while they attended the University of Britechester together. Prince Nicky is his best man for his upcoming wedding and will be hosting his bachelor’s party soon.

Sainte Marie International Academy, Chaumont, Bordeaux - 4:30 PM

Ashli: Are you sure you want to study so far from home, dear? There are so many wonderful options in Windsor…

Karissa: Mama I’ll be fine here. There are so many opportunities at this school that I don’t want to pass up; their science classes are world renowned!

Ashli: I just don’t feel comfortable with the distance KiKi…it’s so much safer for you to be back home.

Karissa: Mama please, the school has already gone over their extensive and almost flawless security teams and systems! They’re already making an allowance for some of my bodyguards from home to stay here with me! Plus, Auntie Aurelie isn’t even fifteen minutes away from here!

Ashli: *laughs* Well, when you put it that way…

Karissa: Don’t be such a worrywart, how am I supposed to grow into an independent woman if you hold my hand and hover? Papa will be so disappointed…

Ashli: Don’t try to manipulate me with your father Karissa; you and I both know he’d bend to my will if I really put my foot down about this.

Karissa: I know, I know! You’re the Queen! *laughs*

Lucian: For the next match, we’ll be facing one of the other internationally ranked teams so Larson wants us practicing before and after classes.

Jason: You’ve got to be kidding me! How does he expect us to keep up with the work?! He realizes some of us have to sleep right?!

Lucian: I guess he just expects everyone to have made a deal with the devil like he did…Jay? You listening?

Ashli: Well, at least the campus is very beautiful, but I don’t like how much of the public has been able to enter the grounds…

Karissa: Mama, it’s orientation day. These are the families of the other students…

Lucian: Jason, seriously dude, I was trying to make a joke about our least favorite captain…

Jason: *internally* Damn, she’s beautiful.

Lucian: You’re clearly not listening to me…Jason, I’m going to just have you do my part of the group work for Chem this week okay?

Jason: Yeah. Sure. Whatever-WHAT?! The hell do you think you are? I’m not getting saddled with all the work again Luce, I swear to the Watcher-

Lucian: Glad you’re finally paying attention again. What had you so distracted?

Jason: Over there, there was…never mind.

Lucian: What do you mean never mind? Must’ve been pretty interesting for you to space out like that – you would never pass up a moment to insult Larson!

Jason: *laughing* Whatever, let’s get out of here. They’re probably already gathered at the stables and I don’t want to get stuck with the cleaning duty afterwards.

Karissa: *internally* Oh, he was cute! An upperclassman, probably…should I introduce myself?

Ashli: Karissa, darling? Aren’t you coming? Why’d you stop?

Queen of Windsor and Princess KiKi Seen Touring Prestigious Boarding School

Her Majesty Queen Ashli brought in a large crowd to the grounds of Sainte Marie International Academy in Chaumont, the capital of Bordeaux. She was touring the campus as part of the orientation for her daughter, HRH Princess Karissa, who will be attending the school for her freshman year of high school next year. The two were followed by members of their security detail for the visit but seemed relaxed with the crowds of fans that followed them all over the campus.

The mother-daughter duo were dressed stylishly, both wearing plaid. Princess KiKi’s dress was most recently seen on the runway for Channel, her mother’s longtime favorite designer; in fact, rumor has it that HRH’s wardrobe is made up of most of the high fashion label’s collections. HM the Queen rocks her plaid skirt and tweed jacket from the label as well.

Diamonds Are Forever: Arrivals Part II

The next guest to arrive at Hotel Blanc is HM Queen Ashli of Windsor, looking lovely in a new necklace, also from Simtier, and her Phoenix Bow earrings that she wore on her wedding day. The Windsorian Queen looks lovely in a high-low designer dress that boasts a sweetheart neckline.

Next we see another Windsorian Royal for the first time since she became a teenager: HRH Princess Karissa! Princess KiKi wore her mother’s Birthday Tiara as a necklace, but showed off a new diamond bracelet she bought for the auction. She also repped fahsion house Channel by wearing a beautiful floor-length gown that boasted lace cut-outs on the neckline from their new spring collection.

After KiKi we were able to see Alivia Acharya (soon to be Quinn if that ring on her finger is what we think it is!), the daughter of the Ambassador from Dhuri. She shows up wearing a matching diamond and pearl earring and choker set, estimated to be around ten thousand simoleons. Hopefully her engagement to Prince Charles will be confirmed soon!

Sarai Abarra, the Ambassador from Siwa, is also attending tonight’s event, looking lovely in a sophisticated one-shouldered gown. The choker she’s wearing features six rows of rose cut diamonds and is worth around twenty-thousand simoleons.

Also choosing a choker piece, we see HRH Princess Elissa of Rivenia, who was making waves in the tabloids this week after her date with Sawyer Quinn was captured on film. She has been quite the loner since her youth, preferring to be working rather than dating; here’s hoping to her having a successful relationship with the Duke of Andale’s eldest!

Their Majesties Oversee Garden Renovations

Windsorians were happy to catch a glimpse of their monarchs on what seems to be a sweet date more than a routine check on the Windsor Palace garden’s renovations. Queen Ashli looked at ease with King Dante as they shared a leisurely stroll around the award winning flower gardens at their home. The two even shared a rare public kiss (although we probably weren’t meant to see it…oops)!

The two decided to have the garden updated in order to host a birthday celebration for Princess Karissa next month, where Their Majesties’ fourth child will officially become a teenager! After her birthday, HRH is rumored to be seg to attend Sainte Marie International Academy in Chaumont, Bordeaux. Karissa, who is fluent in Bordeauxian, will be participating in the private academy’s foreign exchange program.

The Prince and the Street Rat Out for Coffee

Patrons at a Castor City coffee shop were able to snap some quick pics of Crown Prince Kellan and his girlfriend, Julianna Byrd, this afternoon. The couple grabbed a to-go order of coffee before heading to Northbridge Park, the largest in the city, to take a romantic afternoon stroll. The couple were tailed by the press for most of the afternoon despite their best efforts to remain anonymous.

Prince Kellan’s relationship with the media has soured greatly over the past couple of years due to their relentless attacks on his civilian girlfriend. Paparazzi have been stalking the poor girl and her family and friends; embarrassing or private photos from her childhood have been released to the press and her social media accounts had to be deleted after the swarm of dislike from the public. She even had to transfer schools due to the harassment she’d get on campus!

Windsor Palace had released an official statement from the King on behalf of his son and Miss Byrd, asking both the press and public to respect Julianna and the Byrd family’s privacy as civilians, though it seems as if his request is going to be ignored. Many took to social media to slam Julianna for wanting to have her cake and eat it too.

“You can’t just expect to carry on with your normal, boring ass life when you’re dating a CROWN PRINCE!!! Consider yourself lucky and grow the hell up!”

“It’s just like when someone starts dating an A-list celebrity: YOUR LIFE IS NO LONGER PRIVATE WHEN THEIRS IS IN THE SPOTLIGHT!!!”

Ouch, looks like Tweeter still has no mercy for the prince’s girl. Julianna’s continued silence on the matter, however, is keeping everyone focused on her, with many believing she’s weakly letting her boyfriend’s family fight her battles for her.

Ashli: From who? You know I don’t like to be disturbed during Kassie’s dance lessons.

Bodyguard: It’s your brother, the Crown Prince, Ma’am. He says it’s urgent.

Ashli: *sighs* I suppose he’s going on another rant about Regina…

Arden: Ashli…*sobs*

Dame Vivaldi: Sweet girl, you outgrew my teachings by the time you were seventeen years old; you could’ve had a wonderful career if you hadn’t gotten yourself tied down to the Crown.

Ashli: I was born into the Crown, remember? I was still a princess before I became a queen.

Dame Vivaldi: A princess who had the freedom to pursue ballet…

Ashli: *sighs fondly* Only if you don’t let the other parents hear about this.

Ashli: *laughing* It is not! I only said I would discuss it with Dante!

Crown Prince Kellan’s Mystery Blonde Found: Just Who is Julianna Byrd?

On this cloudy afternoon in Castor, Windsor, our publication received an anonymous tip on the whereabouts of our young Crown Prince’s mysterious girlfriend. Her identity has eluded us for months despite her appearance at the high-profile wedding event of Crown Prince Arden and Crown Princess Regina of Lunaria on the arm of Crown Prince Kellan. It raised a lot of eyebrows when she showed up to the event in a plain dress and headband, both of which could be bought from the generic Sim-Mart brand. Many Windsorians began to question on who exactly our Prince’s apparent pauper really is.

Since then, a search began and it finally ended in a sleepy, rundown burrough in downtown Castor. Westburrough is known for its high petty crime rates and blue collar residents. It’s here where our anonymous source led us to the residence of one Julianna Byrd, who was ambushed on the street outside her home on her way to Castor City High, the public school where Crown Prince Kellan attends, and where we now know she attends as well. The young teen looked terrified at the onslaught of camera flashes and shouting paparazzi.

Miss Byrd angrily shoved through the mob and tried to escape,but the crowd grew too large for her to get past. By this time, a concerned neighbor had called the authorities, who quickly dispersed the crowd upon arrival before escorting Miss Byrd to her school.

A complaint was lodged against several of the publications involved in the ambush, but still no word has come from the Windsor Palace directly about this breach of the basic paparazzi laws. We’re definitely expecting some pushback from the King and Queen over this incident, especially since Prince Kellan and his girlfriend are still underaged and thus cannot be stalked by the press like this. Until then, though, let’s take a look at what we’ve been able to find out about Julianna Byrd so far.

She was born to Victor Byrd and Eleanore Winchester right here in Castor sixteen years ago. Her father, who had divorced her mother soon after her birth, owns a liquor store in Westburrough. Her mother works as a waitress at a small restaurant in the Highgarden District, where Julianna’s high school is located; Eleanore and Julianna live in a small townhome together, while her father Victor lives in a small apartment on the other side of Westburrough, twenty minutes away. 

Her father has had several run ins with the law, including multiple counts of aggravated assault, petty theft, and quite a few DUIs. He was released from prison two years ago and has since been running his liquor store. Julianna’s mother, however, has a squeaky clean record. The only thing we could find on Eleanore Winchester is a small article from her days on Castor City High’s dance team; they were regional champions her senior year. She is reportedly a hardworking, no-nonsense mother of four, with Julianna as her oldest and two other fathers for her other three children. 

The pictures taken today have already begun to trend on social media, with many users already attacking young Miss Byrd on her origins. A hashtag has even started up on Tweeter, #thePrince&theStreetRat, which doesn’t bode well for the public’s opinion on the Crown Prince’s first girlfriend. Here’s what some people have been saying:

Queen of Windsor Speaks at International Women’s Convention

On this cloudy day we were able to spot HM Queen Ashli on her way to the Concordia Convention Center in downtown Castor. She attended the International Women’s Convention and spoke at the Women in Power panel, speaking on her past as a Princess Royal and her present responsibilities as Queen. She also spoke on how she balances her home life with her work load.

The Queen spoke with panel moderator Jenna Akiyama on some of her tried and true methods of keeping an organized schedule; something that is incredibly more difficult to keep than one would expect. 

“The secret to keeping up with my schedule is the support of my team,” HM spoke enthusiastically about her aides and secretaries; most of which are female. “I’d fail horribly as a mother and a Queen without my staff. They’re the ones making sure I’m exactly where I’m needed at all times.” HM’s discussion lasted for an hour and a half and included a question and answer session from the audience. 

After answering questions from the audience the Queen met with several of the attendees outside of the convention center, posing for photos and answering further questions about her work as the Queen of Windsor. Many of the women who attended the convention are working towards careers in politics and business; rumor has it that HM speaks at these conventions in order to head-hunt for new members of her staff.

“It’s a good opportunity to employ women of excellence,” HM grinned when asked about it by one of our reporters outside. “The women of Windsor deserve every opportunity for good employment. What better employment is there than one of the Queen’s staff?”

The Wedding of Crown Prince Arden and Lady Regina Harwood: Foreign Guests Arrive Part II

The crowds outside the cathedral go wild when TM King Dante and Queen Ashli of Windsor step out of their car, followed quickly by their eldest son, Crown Prince Kellan, who has the mysterious blond girl he was spotted with a few months ago on his arm. The identity of the girl, rumored to be HRH’s classmate, still has yet to be discovered.

After the Windsorians we can see TIM Tsar Nicholas III and Tsarina Alexandra of the Simpire arriving (@thesimpireblr). This is the first appearance of members of the Simnov family in Lunaria, though it is hopefully not the last!

Following TIM is Lady Adalyn Whiting, Heiress Apparent to the Duchy of Whitell. She arrives in place of her father, the Duke, who has been suffering from illness for the past year.

Arriving next we see HRH Princess Huang Lian of Simhai cheerily waving to the waiting crowds as she steps into the cathedral. Princess Huang Lian is a close friend to the bride, Lady Harwood.

Sharing a good laugh together, HM Queen Arisa and HRH Prince Consort Anthony of Windasia enter the cathedral (@wa-royal-tea).

Here for their second Royal wedding in Lunaria we see HIM Empress Atsuko of the Yukine Empire with her son, the Crown Prince Akio. 

Next we can spot Ambassador Acharya of Dhuri arriving for the wedding. The ambassador has been a staunch supporter of the remarriage of the Crown Prince, often having helped to pressure him alongside the House of Lords to find a new bride after the death of Crown Princess Calliana.

Another foreign dignitary steps out onto the carpet to witness the ceremony after Ambassador Acharya; Ambassador Abarra of the Kingdom of Siwa flashes a quick wave before disappearing into the cathedral.

Annaliese: -and so I was so excited to be offered a spot at Komorebi University’s summer arts program; my mom always admired Master Ichihara’s traditional designs so to be learning from him will be such an honor! I’ve never been to Yukine before though but I hear it’s absolutely breathtaking; is it true that there are spirits living in the mountain? Can you really see them if you hike far enough into the forest?

Akio: Well-

Annaliese: What should I do if I see them?! I won’t be cursed right? My brother Charlie says I’ll curse my family for a thousand years if I anger the mountain spirits!

Akio: *laughs*

Prince Matthew’s Reception Arrivals Part I

Guests arrive to Windenburg Palace, greeted by HM King Vincent, in order to celebrate the wedding between Prince Matthew and Lady Larissa; first to arrive are the parents of the groom, the Duke and Duchess of Andale. They are followed by River and Amina Quinn, who looks stunning in an emerald green gown as her husband escorted her into the palace; Prince Adrian follows the adults with his nephew Kaleo, both are looking adorable in their formal suits as they whisper to each other in front of the cameras.

Next we see TIM Emperor Naoki and Empress Atsuko here for their first visit to Windenburg Palace. After the Imperial couple comes their eldest son, Crown Prince Akio; while this is his first time visiting the Palace, he has been to Windenburg several times with his charity outreach programs.

Looking very much in love as always we can note the arrival of TM King Dante and Queen Ashli of Windsor, who is debuting a never before seen tiara from her personal collection. It seems like they decided to leave their youngest children back at their Lunarian residence for the night, bringing only Crown Prince Kellan with them.

After the Windsor Royals we see the Duke of Andale’s eldest son, Sawyer, and the infamous young Eva Beauchamp-Quinn. This is Eva’s first formal, public event and she seems excited to be at “Grandpère’s house”, where she has not been since she was a small toddler. It looks like Sawyer’s doing his best to reconnect the two of them to his family.
