What is spiritual practice (Sadhana)? Whatever you do is your Sadhana. When you go to some place, think you are on the way to get Him. When you eat, think you eat to live and live to get to Him.

As thoughts of love help in expanding the self, so do the thoughts of anger and jealousy to its contraction.

Keep holding on to Thakur. You will get bhakti (devotion), mukti (salvation), and all. By remembering Him and reflecting on Him the mind and heart get purified.

Discriminate, have right knowledge, have right understanding of yourself and through that right knowledge and right understanding, you will reach the highest goal and fulfil the purpose of life.

What you require is a good deal of faith, patience, and reliance, and gradually you will reach the goal.

Always be calm, go on working without any fatigue. This is the test; whether the mind is working properly or not, can be understood from this.

The Lord has to be served with one's body, mind, and possessions. Merely to sit quiet and make japa will not do. Do serve Him a little with your body as well.

Whoever has come to our Master and stayed with Him even for a short while is fortunate. He that has taken the Master's feet on his lap is blessed.

Expansion means freedom. The more the resistance you stand, the greater will be your. strength for expansion. Only we must watch, and not forget the secret.

One is highly fortunate whose mind does not waver in the least at praise or blame. It may be said that God’s special grace is upon him.

There is tremendous power in practice. Practice becomes firm and abiding if continued long and uninterruptedly with faith and devotion. Whatever you practice becomes, over time, your second nature.

Know that the Divine Name plants itself in the mind through repetition. The mind is running restlessly, intoxicated by desires. Cultivate detachment towards the cravings and be always practicing. By constant practice, the mind will gradually quiet down.

It is from compassion that spiritual ideas begin to grow. Compassion is the root of all virtue and happiness, and arrogance is the root of hell or narrowness and misery.
