"L'Acropoli di Salonicco: Zeebrugge Revisited"_ 09.07.2026 _ SK

"'L'Acropoli di Zeebrugge' was a competition entry for Zeebrugge's Sea Trade Center. Aldo Rossi with Claude Züber, 1989. Rossi described the project as a sea station based on the typologies of the Atlantic, combining as poignantly as possible all buildings existing between memory and future, from the towers of Bruges and Manhattan, to the maritime citadels and secure ports that dot the coastline from Scandinavia to Portugal."
