When Andrew Ryan announces the 1960 new Year party, everyone in Rapture would genuinely believe its a new Year... that was until BOOM! CRACK! Ratatatatata! The sounds of explosives, security bots and even alarms blare while chaos ensues. Patrick among all other splicers were on a rapid killing spree. Why? Adam. No, its not a man but rather a drug alongside its counterpart "Eve". This drug rewrites whatever DNA god or any other deity those believe in thats in the human system.

It gives people more power than ever before like ice, fire, electricity, hypnotize, and so much more. But it comes at a rather heavy cost- ones sanity and physical appearance. So safe to say, the drugs cut the brakes for Patrick.

Death is a genetic even one like him rejected, becoming a demon like all the others disguised by benign masquerades. Patrick would have barnacles growing on the side of his neck, alongside some deformities hidden under his rabbit maquerade mask thag consists of needle woulds and cuts. Even so, in his heavily deluded state; he would try to maintain his skincare whether he believes blood is serum and a random flayed face is a facial mask. The splicer Patrick would become would be a spider splicer since he would make himself believe climbing up walls and ceilings could be more exercise. But by then, Patrick wandered around aimlessly throughout Kashmir, Paupers drop, and even Dionysus Park. Isolation in the deep blue can be cruel. When reaching the Medical Pavillion however, Patrick feels like he has a bigger opponent or some twisted ally considering Dr. Steinman murders his patients all for the name of Aphrodite and plastic surgery.

"Aphrodite is calling to me," says Dr. Steinman, "What can i even do with this one, Aphrodite??" The surgery room's scent consists of rotting decay, stale anesthesia, salty sea water and rust. Under Adam, the place looks as grand; luxurious in atmosphere along with gold lighting everywhere. Patrick was already cutting up parts of a corpse when Steinman went on his tangent and starts mutilating some corpses mid surgery.

"She won't stay still!! I want to make them beautiful!" Dr. Steinman sobs in his own demented agony, "But they always turn out wrong!!" BAM! One light flashes and shows a crucified victim hung from the ceiling. Dr. Steinman keeps yelling while slashing at a splicer, "This ones too tall, too thick, too symmetrical! And now-?" Silence hits both men in the room until the demented surgeon looks out the window. "Whats this Godess? An intruder?" The mad man sensed a presence and it causes Patrick to be alert as well for the intruder. Dr. Steinman pulls out a classic Thompson submachine and starts shooting at the ceiling while yelling, "He's ugly! Ugly! UGLYYY!!" while the sounds of the thompson gun echo and blare throughout the small room. Patrick would prepare to fight against said intruder alongside Steinman.

While the sounds of guns and plasmids ensue, chimes would blare throughout the Medical Pavillion and Rapture; an announcment begins on the intercom as a PSA while explosions cause some of the ocean windows to break and flood.
