Bobby sponge is ageless by design . Hillenburg wanted him to be timeless , I think it was Nickelodeon at first that wanted to push for an age && I know some of the fans do too but there is no one answer to how old he is . He is [ repeatably ] an ageless adult [ && that's something I identify with myself I'm 21+ && I'm a responsible adult as is Sponge ] but he doesn't want to be grounded by age , age && time feels daunting after all .
He's infantalized by the town for enjoying childish things but SpongeBob is far more emotionally mature than anyone in town , he's far more responsible than most of the residence even . He is nuerodivergent && others in his town do not get him . Mrs.Puff fails to teach him because she isn't willing to adapt in order to help him out instead just treating him like an annoyance .
This is one SNAPPY little sponge! Chick can dig that. He doesn't have any clue how much inherent ability a sponge could possibly have at driving; the extent of his knowledge of them limited to washing utensils. But still — a rookie is a rookie.
"HEY, no worries — we've all been there. Not me, 'course, I'm a natural. But, y'know, everyone else."
He offers an easygoing grin. "C'mon, guy. Let it aallll out to the Chickster."
He feels consoled by the vehicle's words , thinking about a vehicle driving a vehicle was quite bizarre . Until it dawns on him that ' Chick/ster ' is a natural by design he has to drive it is his mobility !

The bright pink shell and its blue body only got fascinated little 'ohhhhh's out of Pump.❝ I didn’t know they could do that! ❞Neither that they could get so big. Or that they could be walked on leashes! Not getting up, his eyes looked up to address the snail’s owner.❝ What’s his name, sir? ❞

SpongeBob waved his free hand around in an exaggerated demonstration , the mollusc kept on a leash by the other . The gourd-headed @pumpkinhcad stranger didn't seem to know that snails meowed . That's unheard of that ; he thought everyone knew that ... but he digresses .
❝ Gary ! He's quite the little meower ! Aren'tcha , Garebear ? ❞
Gary meows in response prompting the yellow sponge to laugh .
The overenthusiastic 𝐓𝐀𝐋𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐆𝐄 no less was not even 1% as weirded out as he should have been by the strange new face , he was just happy to have a new working buddy . The more the merrier . Of course something had been said about even more cuts to his paycheck as a result but that sort of thing only bugs Squidward out .
It was a more busier day , the bustle of lunchtime drawing in the working crowd to the establishment . This present order is a strange one to decipher . Squidward may not have the eye for this detail but the customers name kept spinning around in the absorbent fellow's head ... P. Langstrom . It sounded close to something ... something important . Huh . Well there was no time to dwell on that he had ordered a so many patties !

/ also ' No SpongeBob Day ' was incredibly mean && cruel for no reason . The residents of Bikini Bottom were so in the wrong for that for calling him annoying && hurting him for just being himself && being happy
