We recently completed a comprehensive re-brand and packaging campaign for Murphy’s Naturals, a Certified B Corp that creates all-natural products to help folks enjoy life outdoors. Made from natural ingredients like Lemon Eucalyptus Oil, Spearmint, Lemongrass and Cedar, Murphy’s Naturals insect repellent products (incense sticks, candles, sprays, balms) are deet-free, plant-based and fiercely effective. The Lemon Eucalyptus Spray just hit the shelves with other products to follow shortly.

Thrilled to see our branding for Snopes Family Pilsner out there! The beer is a collaboration between Chef John Currence and Yalobusha Brewing Company of Water Valley, MS and benefits the Move On Up Foundation, a non-profit aimed at inspiring and funding educational initiatives for Mississippi youth, specifically in the areas of health, well-being, nutrition and physical activity. We’ll drink to that!

We were honored when Annette “Sweet Neecy” Council approached us to re-brand her wonderful cake mix line. Her family has been a cornerstone of the Chapel Hill food scene since, well, before there was a Chapel Hill food scene, so we didn't take the job lightly. The new branding and packaging made its debut at the Fancy Food Show in NYC earlier in the month and is now on the shelves at Whole Foods, Southern Season and other fine food retailers. Annette was a joy to work with and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

First comes the sign, then the ‘Cue! Installed our signage at CrossTies BBQ in Carrboro this morning. Look for the smokehouse and restaurant to open later this summer!  

Our branding and packaging for the American Pasta Sauce Co. hits the shelves this month! Started by parent company Nello’s Sauce, this new line features three flavors: Organic Marinara, Organic Tomato & Basil, and Organic Roasted Garlic. Inspired by vintage produce labels, our design seeks to capture the freshly-harvested essence of the ingredients and reflects the honest, American(a) nature of the brand. Always glad to help our friends at the Carrboro Farmers' Market with their design and marketing needs. We’re incredibly lucky to have one of the finest markets in the country just a few blocks from our office. Come on out tomorrow for their annual Tomato Day!

Couldn’t be more excited to unveil our branding and label designs for James Creek Cider House. The folks at James Creek grow, pick and press Southern heirloom and traditional cider apples on their Moore County, NC family farm. Recently big winners at The Great Lakes International Cider and Perry Competition, James Creek will have their Russets & ‘Twigs Semi-Dry Cider our later this summer and a pair of Semi-Sweet and Dry ciders coming in the Fall!

We just announced Be Loud! ’16! A full weekend of awesome music anchored by the one and only The English Beat, intergalactic supergroup Preeesh! and funk’n’soul kingpins Hobex. Stoked to reveal our new packaging and displays for Big Spoon Roasters Nut Butter Bars! We’ve been working with Mark Overbay and his Big Spoon crew since day one and are proud to be part of the team. These handcrafted bars were a natural evolution of his jarred nut butters and are equally delicious. Just wrapped up a sweet brand identity project for a new California-based apparel company called Lot 2344 that makes vintage-inspired sportswear. Our branding was informed by athletic ephemera, including event tickets, scoreboards and locker numbers. We were thrilled to work with Sarah at Shed Letterpress on the printing.

Carrboro icon The Station will reopen April 7th and we just announced it to local press and the world wide web over at stationcarrboro.com. New logo below for beholding. 

The gloves are coming off in a few weeks as teams from six Rise stores go toe-to-toe in a cooking competition to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Our graphic for the friendly battle highlights the Rise chefs and their guest chefs along with the local craft breweries with whom they’ll be paired. 

Just wrapped up design of new logo for our friends at the Eno River Farmers’ Market in Hillsborough. We used custom typography and a loose illustration style to capture the homegrown feel of this wonderful market.
