The Friendliest Ghost!

❝ Hmm? Oh sorry. ❞  There was no way to deny he’d been staring, especially not when the staring had almost made him miss the fact that he was being spoken to.  ❝ I just wasn’t expecting to see ghosts here. ❞

   It’s usually so quiet here, and Casper tends frequents the spot regularly for that reason alone. But he’d never say no to company, even if it was unexpected. He lets the mist settle, solid form hovering in a seated position as he gives the other a curious glance.  

     “Can you even pick up objects fella?” Butters kneels down to start cleaning up the broken flower vase. He had knocked it over in shock after spotting the oddly friendly ghost.

   The small spook hovers closer, a bright smile forming on his transparent features as large blue orbs watch the other closely. He doesn’t bother hiding the childish chuckle towards the question at hand. And lets his small spectral tail curl behind him while reaching out to pick up a piece of vase. Only to hold it out towards the blond with a look of full accomplishment.  

BARREL LOOKS UP FROM HIS HORDE, sunken eyes squinting suspiciously before he slumps over. ugh, ghosts. always so NOSY. just ‘cuz they don’t have lives anymore—they don’t have to bother the LIVING.

of course…barrel’s just a bunch of scavenged body parts roughly stitched together—does he really count as the living? NOW IS NOT THE TIME FOR A CRISIS !! he scoffs, shooing casper’s nosy self a w a y && shoving a reese’s (wrapper && all) into his mouth in defiance. he chews with his mouth open, chocolate&peanut butter&bright orange wrapping mashing together between his teeth. to be extra obnoxious, he sticks out his tongue before swallowing the mass && grinning with chocolate-stained teeth.  ❝ nope, you scaredy rat !! ‘m a trick’r’treater.❞

  Blue hues illuminate first, giving a rather softhearted roll before the mist starts to manifest into a solid form. With his nose crinkled, the spirit blatantly ignores the shooing motion and seems to hover closer instead. Barrel had A LOT in common with his Uncles. As much as he hated admitting it to himself. Those guys were awful. But he couldn’t deny that he didn’t feel as homesick here. And it pulls a misplaced smile to his pale face. They’d probably fit in much easier here than Casper.
