Eliza’s nerves spiked when Blake pulled her away from the wall, eliminating the distance she’d put between the two of them. She’d immediately thought back to the last time she’d been this close to him and she couldn’t help but want to pull back from him and storm out. She had to prove that she wasn’t afraid though, and that gave her enough reason to remain stubborn to herself, standing her ground as she watched Blake’s eyes flicker between her own eyes and her throat, her hair having been brushed aside moments earlier. The last thing Eliza noted before Blake tilted her head for better access was his eyes darkening, catching just a small glance of his fangs, before feeling a slight pressure at her throat as his fangs broke through her skin, causing her to flinch slightly in temporary pain, her hands clenching up at her sides. She knew enough about Vampires to know the pain wasn’t what she had to worry about, and just within seconds of him biting her, she was hit with an indescribable pleasure, one of her hands immediately moving to Blake’s hair, the other tugging at the bottom of his shirt as she leaned into him.

Reserved with their emotions. The first impression the Aquarius/Cancer gives off is one seemingly detached, friendly, and open, and certainly you are a sociable person. But behind the surface, there is a very perceptive and sensitive individual who is devoid of pretentiousness or arrogance- you look at yourself the same way you look at others. Thus, you are a natural psychologist with a powerful intuition that enables you to easily understand others. This is a rather difficult placement to predict because at times you seem level-headed, yet at other times your emotions may overwhelm you. Eliza didn’t have to wait very long for Blake to open his door. As she walked into his room, she made sure to bump into him, acting as if she were stronger than him when they both knew she wasn’t. She had to fight to not try to smack him upside the head upon hearing him call her “shorty”. This whole day would have probably ended far worse if she’d attacked him and she knew he only used that to get a rise out of her anyway. She’d been called worse in her past anyway so shorty didn’t even compare to an insult anymore.

Making herself comfortable in a chair on the other side of the room, Eliza scoffed at Blake’s comment, looking up at him as she crossed her arms. “That would just prove you right. I’m not giving you that benefit. Though I’m not all that sure how you want this to go down so….the next step is all you, monster.”

Blake smirked at her, closing the door after she walked in. He playfully rolled his eyes when she made sure to bump into him before making her way to the other side of the room. Before she arrived, he had spent a minute or so thinking of which position would be the most comfortable for both of them. She couldn’t straddle his lap because he wouldn’t be able to properly bite, but he also couldn’t lay down on top of her. There was no way she would go for that and the position was way too intimate. He didn’t necessarily have to drink from her neck and it didn’t actually help prove his point, but he would never admit it.

Eliza wasn’t sure how she got herself in the situation she’d currently found herself. She’d let her temper get the better of her yet again when she knew better. Blake always got under her skin and she’d told herself repeatedly before getting to the resort that she wasn’t going to let it happen again. After everything that happened the previous year between the two of them, Eliza knew she had to watch herself when she was around Blake. She had an attachment to him that was far from healthy, and those closest to her had no problem with reminding her of that. Yet here she was, getting dressed to go to Blake’s so she could prove her point.

To say she wasn’t nervous would have been the biggest lie she’d told herself, closely followed by the lie she told herself about not liking Blake, and the idea of letting him bite her was a bit of a frightening thought. She wasn’t afraid of it hurting though. Her fear lied somewhere more along the lines of what might happen after he bit her. She’d heard a fair amount about the reaction to a vampire bite and she’d already struggled with just being around him. She could recall every single time she’d faltered the previous year when she was around him, and that wasn’t something she was eager to repeat despite how tempting the thought was.

After what felt like ages, having only left her room a few minutes prior, she arrived at Blake’s room, knocking almost defiantly on the door, trying to seem stronger than she felt as she waited for him to open the door.

Blake was sure that if he told his friends what he was currently up to, they’d all smack him in the forehead and attempt to yell at him. If Blake was being honest with himself, he still very much had some feelings for Eliza. After everything that had happened between the two last year, Blake had tried to move on, but his attempt proved to be futile. He still wouldn’t admit it, though. He told himself that he was going to try his hardest to stay away from her and now he had invited her to his room. What was he thinking? He just loved getting her all riled up, he found it completely amusing.

Earlier this afternoon, Tyler had told him he was throwing some sort of pool party. Depending on how things went with Eliza, it would determine if he made an appearance or not. Opening up his mini-fridge, Blake stared at the bottles of blood in there. He hadn’t fed in a while and he knew what could happen once he bit Eliza. If he wasn’t so sure of his control, he would probably drink beforehand, but he doubted that he would give in to the so-called haze.

Fine! Don’t go getting your hopes up though. You are not right.

I am not scared. If I have to let you bite me to prove that then so be it. Name a time and place and I will prove you fucking wrong.

Only because most don’t think they need to defend themselves. HA! A gentleman? That’s funny. I don’t know what you’re talking about. I was not offering a single thing to you. Hell no! No fangs are getting near this neck. You and your kind can just keep dreaming.

I mean…is it really that hard to get it? We feel everyone’s fucking feelings. Mix them all together and I’m surprised us empaths don’t fucking explode. Fun?! I don’t think I even want to know why biting a someone who cannot defend themselves would be fun. If anything, bite someone who, while not like yourself, isn’t fucking mortal.

I dunno. I’m pretty set with where I am at the moment. If they can teach me how to control my abilities then great but I’m not expecting much with humans wandering around campus. However, I am expecting some of the humans to turn up with bite marks and blood loss if not dead.

Ha! Suuure. I call a big heaping pile of bullshit. So you’re technically a Freshman? That’s somehow entertaining as fuck. It’s called alcohol. Did you not remember that about me?! I drink to avoid all of the schools emotions.

If I hated it, it’s because you all feel too fucking loudly, and it’s not always good feelings either. Most of you are fucking frustrating to feel for. You’re one of the worst like….99% of the time. To be honest, I could ask you the same question because wasn’t this past year your Senior year? Were you not given a choice to come back or not? Kirsten. Yours?
