“Oh man, you probably won’t get it until you’re actually in the armor, feeling the power all around you, it’s the best feeling.” He looks at them with a grin. “I wonder what you’d look like in an SPI suit. Or maybe a MJOLNIR.”

Solomon is really into his armor too–another guy here. He’s even gotten nicknamed after his armor, people just call him Locus.

[hums in thought, looking the armor over] It /is/ nice, though. Teal is a good color.

His beaming smile turns into an all out grin. “Wait ‘til you see it in action. I’ll wear it to some of the training sessions and such. A beauty to behold, if I do say so myself.” He looks so happy.

[laughs] Wow, I wonder if you’re planning on showing more something other than just your armor.

[follows after him] [they’re not that into armor, but they can certainly pretend to be]

Alex doesn’t respond, he just grins. As the reach the door to his room, he stops and looks them up and down, seemingly inspecting them, before opening the door. The room was rather bare, spare for the suit of SPI armor standing proudly in the middle of the room. Mainly black with teal highlights, it looked stunning, a mixture of beauty and power. He beams at Felix. “My pride and joy.”

He winks at them. “Alright, let’s go.” He begins walking towards his room.

phoenixiism:

Well, whatever you wanna call it.

Wanna trade rooms?

He chuckles. “No, I’m good, my room is probably better than yours. I don’t trade down. Besides, I need the room to keep my armor. Would you like to see it? It’s probably in the room by now.”

phoenixiism:

It’s a little lucky, Mr. SPARTAN. Special treatment is always nice. Even if what precedes it kind sucks.

“I wouldn’t count the ruthless training and augmentation lucky. But yes, the special treatments are nice.” He grins.

phoenixiism:

Sometimes. [shrugs] Too early in the morning, and too often throughout the day. Whenever. [not even their answers are straight]

You’re super lucky, I wish I had my own room.

He shakes his head. “I’ll get the times from someone else. And it’s not that I’m lucky, I’m a SPARTAN. Those that come back get special treatment.” It’s dark, but he laughs anyway.

[they decide to wait, but they’re going to make it look like they’re doing something important so they don’t seem clingy] [that’s very important]

It’s okay as long as they don’t seem clingy. After about five minutes, he steps back out and looks around for them. He finds them and walks over to them. “Welp, looks like I’ve got my own room. And I was essentially told to oversee the training sessions and pass time.” He rolls his eyes. “When do you guys train?”

He shakes his head and returns their smile. “I’m good for now, but I’ll let you know. Thank you for leading me here. If you’ve got nothing to do, you’re free to wait for me. If not, I’ll see you around.” He steps into the door.

He busts out laughing for a few seconds before controlling it. “No, I need a place to sleep and I need my assignments. Good try, though.”
