it’s kind of insane though that people got so grossly loud and cruel about hyudawn’s engagement rings that the maker had to come out and explain the process and the time and effort that went into them because dawn wanted them made in a specific way and a specific style that he knew he and hyuna (but especially hyuna) would adore and appreciate. like….why’s someone else’s engagement rings such a huge subject of conversation why does it matter to you that they look ‘ugly’ or ‘cheap’ when all it says abt you is that you’re a) stupid and b) materialistic….. the creator having to come out and say ‘actually there are 7 diamonds, an opal, and white gold in it and cost the amount i pay yearly for my rent’ like…. rent isn’t cheap btw it’s $2K monthly on average in most places. dawn put a lot of thought and money into something HIS FIANCE WOULD ADORE idk how you can find a way to twist that to make it seem negative like…… sorry u don’t have someone who wants to marry you and put that much love and thought into something for you but why’re you taking it out on a couple of strangers who have shown time and time again that they’re head over heels for each other bc you don’t like their engagement rings
