Spaghetti the Betta

I'm increasingly worried about Spaghetti :(

Despite several different popeye treatments and water changes, he's still had no appetite for almost a week, and he's started to lay in the same spot of the tank for days at a time.

I'm moving him into a small hospital tank, but I'm not too optimistic about his chances if I'm honest.

Any additional advice would be appreciated ^^

Popeye Update

I'm a little worried about Spaghetti, everybody. Here he is after a wate change and an aquarium salt bath - up until today, he's been getting Epsom salt baths every other day and daily gallon water changes.

Spaghetti had an Epsom salt bath in a green bucket (and did not like it!) today. His eye swelling didn't go down a whole lot.

Does anyone have any input on how often I can give salt baths? Would it be harmful to do one a day until the swelling goes down?

Popeye Update

I've finished Spaghetti's Kanaplex treatment, but it's been a few days and his eyes are still pretty swollen (ignore the mosquito bite pellets; he's in his dinner cup in these pics).

I want to try an Epsom salt treatment for him next, but I have a few questions:

1) Should I wait for a few days for him to recover from the first medication?

2) Do I pour Epsom salt directly into his tank, or can I use a dip method?

3) If the salt goes into his tank, how often do I replace the water and/or salt during treatment?

POPEYE?

So some of you may know that Spaghetti is a dragonscale betta, a type especially prone to blindness due to too many scales growing and covering their eyes.

At this point, Spaghetti seems mostly (if not totally) blind and reacts mostly to water currents and vibrations rather than light. He eats fine through when cup fed and loves bloodworms!
