all I have left in my mind is the urge to scratch words out onto paper until my soul bleeds with the ink of how you made me feel.

and how do I act pure when you defiled me so? how can I remain good, when inside me is littered with so much of your anger.

a big part of who I am is who I am not.

the inner turmoil that ensues when a single comment from someone sends you spirally. I’ve been recovered for so long and it’s scary how quickly it all shatters. am I not as recovered as I thought? or no matter how much better I become, will this always be a struggle?

i need to spend less time on apps like tiktok. the instant gratification is rotting my brain and dwindling my attention span
