My mom went to Hana, Maui for a family gathering and found out that the ‘state’ built stairs to our family’s private beach which is now so littered with tourists that it looks like Waikiki

The beach was inherited and passed through the family for generations. A large indigenous family owning a small beach does not equal wealth and it will cost quite a bit to fight the state in court. I see you deleted your remarks so hopefully you’ve already come to your senses.
