Pinned post, I guess?
I'm Alex, a trans guy in my late 20s. I live in Iceland and my main hobbies are the dogs of course, photography, and everything pokémon!
I have two dogs, which I'll tell you more about below -
Háski is a 5 year old Tibetan Terrier. He's a multi winning show dog but more importantly he's my hairy soulmate. He is very energetic and never seems to tire out, however he has a really good off switch but he's always down for an adventure. He is SO full of joy, every day is the best day of his life no matter what we are doing, be it going on an adventure of just laying in bed all day. He just loves spending time with his people and wants to be in the middle of everything. He's always close by, usually laying by my feet. He is a huge clown, he's so entertaining and makes me smile even when I feel like I'll never smile again. Despite all his energy, he is very good at adjusting to every situation he's put into and is very adaptable! He is very in tune with my emotions and I think we make a pretty good team. He loves toys, especially a pink llama plushie I thrifted, and can usually be seen carrying it around the apartment. He is so friendly to all animals and people alike, just the best boy. Overall just a ridiculously happy, funny, and kind boy.
Maybe is a 7 year old Petit Basset Griffon Vendéen. She is a champion show dog but most importantly, she's my little friend that's too smart for her own good. She is food obsessed and will find very smart ways to get into food, be it pushing a chair or finding a way to jump onto tables. She is the sweetest dog around with not a single mean bone in her entire body, she can be a touch insecure around loud and boisterous dogs but is still so sweet to them. She is very cuddly and always falls asleep in my arms at night. She will give everyone like a million kisses, loves meeting new people. She's always happy too with a wagging tail! She is a typical hound and can't be off leash as her nose and independence will take her places she's not supposed to be. Despite her independence, she looooves training and is very eager to learn and work with you. Overall just a sweet, affectionate, lovely girl.
Feel free to ask me questions about them or their breeds, I'm very passionate about them! You can also ask me questions about coat care, be it with a dropcoat or a stripped coat. You can also ask me photography questions and I'll help to the best of my ability. I'm really just happy to educate or discuss the things I'm most passionate about and I promise I'm friendly!

Aska was a Miniature Schnauzer and my heart dog. Absolutely the best dog to ever exist, so easygoing, independent, sweet, easy to have around the house, just the best dog and is so deeply missed.

Góa was a Tibetan Terrier and my first champion, the dog that got me into Tibetan Terriers. She was endlessly joyful, mischievous, affectionate and adventurous.
