I have never met you before.

The you I knew yesterday died the second they left my sight. Once again, it's nice to meet you.

What can I do if the fire goes out?

When the first shoe drops, and you realize something in your life doesn't line up with the person you have come to be, and you forget how it was dealt with the first time. Looking up as the other shoe hasn't quite dropped yet, and you have to do something, anything before this thing has to leave your life.

I have drawn ambition from the person I am with this fire, and I know I'm grasping at sparks at this point but I really don't know grab onto next. I don't know what I am without it, it's too big of a piece for me to still be me without it. I don't know if I can live without it, I really can't.

And then tommorow comes

Waking up with nobody next to you, saying no prayers as the day passes over. Life is just a little more empty but that ambition has lit something new, something you can use, something that wasn't you yesterday.

I am someone new; that second shoe has yet to drop, but my fear is my excitement and that fire tommorow might be. I just need to figure out what that fire is I think. Guess we shall see

well maybe it's not guilt but rather something harmless I'm getting away with. Ain't nothing wrong with my scheming, but I am so good at it. I could be the most evil schemer if I wasn't so shaped by my surroundings to not be evil. Unrelated note, what can I do if the fire goes out? then what? the warmth will be GONE and I cant steal flames any longer. It would be better for them if it did go out, though. Ehhhh whatever, the people at the helm don't even realize they stand on fire.

Where did heartbreak go?

I think I miss heartbreak. Real, genuine, god awful sorrow and all. I remember the heartbreak I had from those early dreams being an impossibility, and the heartbreak when others that I loved had to go. The innocence I had back then died in small waves of sorrow, and I'm left with a shallow empty feeling in the place of harrowing sorrow. It's not like the joy I experience got hollow alongside it, quite the opposite even. I miss the sorrow I could dwell on. Idk how to get it back

Ideal Date night

2AM, we break into a senator's kitchen to bake cookies. uh oh, someone accidentally dropped a pan on the floor, the aliens in the attic come downstairs to see what's up. We lay out milk and cookies for the ravished politicians, they get back to their orgy in their attic. By now it's 3:40AM, and you know what that means. As we look into eachothers eyes after witnessing the senatators' true forms, I realize that you too have fallen in love. With the cookies. We need to escape with them. We make our great escape, and the secret service shoots you. I carry you the rest of the way to the getaway car, and the 9 remaining cookies work together to drive away while I tend to your wounds. After such an enlightening night, we fall asleep in a Denny's parking lot, the safety of our Ford f250/Subaru Forester hybrid keeping us safe and warm until morning.
