Session 6 was a courtroom case where Elios defends a certain necromancer we had protected in Round 1 charged for crimes of mass murder. But before all that, Kazuki gets his own problems brought up; apparently he had been kicked out of the self defense force for murder, according to Halo teammate Vance who happened to find his name in a list while he was taking on a hacking job.

Kazuki soon finds a name that brings up buried memories, and starts getting hopeful in finding out more about himself. He reports this to his boss, Harlow, who had been supportive on helping him with his past. But as he talks with her, he has a flashback to more memories; memories of him murdering many, many individuals.

Session 5, we hear of kidnappings occuring in an underground ring, the fighters disappearing each time they win. We’re asked to find and catch the culprit...and lucky for us, Akira was going to have match there to retrieve his champion title.

Akira was an underground fighter, and he had gotten hurt earlier before which made him have to go on hiatus with his fights for a bit. In the meantime, another fighter had taken his title while he was gone; Mammon, the Great White Shark.

Akira usually acts confidently, but he could feel this fighter was very powerful, and with most the crowd favoring Mammon at the moment, he wasn’t feeling too good. But his teammates take time to cheer him on, and Akira gives it all he’s got.

After a brutal battle, Akira manages to take out Mammon, returning back to being champion yet again!

Tho then the culprit we find out is a necromancer that can take control of ppl and we have to scramble to capture them before they can get a hold of Akira or Mammon. THANKFULLY WE MAKE IT ON TIME LMAO.

Also the funny thing about this match is that I kinda predicted it by accident when I was trying to draw something for @magistelle’s bday. “Hey, your sons are both boxers, let’s draw them boxing!”

Session 4 had a client ask us to find a lost dog.  Angelica knew this lady, her name being Deborah, as a librarian, but apparently she was a muse. And the lost dog was not a dog.

It was a hippogriff that had ran away from home, escaping into the city with an illusion cast over it to look like a big dog.The problem is these beasts are extremely powerful a well as prideful so catching it was going to be difficult.

Kazuki managed to please it by offering food and treating it like a higher being(something he was used to as he was a soldier) and it agreed go with him, only if Kaz would help it with something. Kazuki agreed to the terms...and ends up getting flown up to the highest building in the city. The Halo team immediately give chase, but realize this building was one with high security. The members had to knock out some window cleaners, dress up in their outfits and climb up the tower. They unfortunately are spotted by the CEO of the building aka as Elios’s ex-boss who fired him...

Thankfully the team get up to the roof, persuade the hippogriff to go to their HQ, and fly off before the CEO can storm up to the rooftop. 

The hippogriff then turns into a human form and proceeds demand the members to persuade its master to stop listening to the hideous music which was apparently, country music. Also he grew very fond of Kazuki, and wanted him as a pet. Ofc that last request was denied and Kazuki strongly stated he worked here and has no intention of quitting anytime soon LMAO.

Session 3 was a client asking us to find a vampire who’s been stepping out of line, killing off humans despite being under a pact not to. We had to do this inconspicuously because it was just to warn them, as it won’t be good to kill them off and have his other vampire people come after us.

Unfortunately the nightclub he was in was big and the group had to split apart to cover more ground. Kazuki is very socially awkward, so Akira decided he’ll go along with him since he blends in well with this environment. But Akira is also a party animal, and ends up having fun on the dance floor, losing sight of Kazuki.

Kazuki almost gets approached by a vampire chick, but he is able to recognize her to be one and pushes himself away. Akira is not as lucky as the target vampire, who’s a pretty strong one, comes over and hypnotizes him. Kazuki manages to get to Akira, but the Vampire is strong and has no intention of letting go of his prey.

With no teammates around and running out of options, Kazuki decides to try a plan that could make them stay inconspicuous but perhaps have the vampire let go of Akira; Pretend to be Akira’s boyfriend.

Thankfully, vampires(in this campaign) have a thing for ownership, and upon finding out Akira is taken/owned by Kazuki, he backs off. Akira immediately takes this chance to pull themselvevs away from the vampire, and to ensure the act seems legit, he kisses Kazuki.

Kazuki is taken aback by this action as he’s never experienced it, and even if he did, doesn’t remember it. He gets a “strange feeling” in his chest. Akira doesn’t seem to notice and just starts looking for their teammates, knowing where the target is now.

The boys eventually meet up with the others and complete their mission, but this night left an impression on Kazuki.

In session 2 of Halo campaign we had to capture a runaway changeling who had apparently attacked their Queen and hid into a hotel. After a bit of a struggle we managed to tranquilize her and prepare to leave, only to get hit by one of the changelings’ abilities; Fear Factor. While members faced illusions of their personal fears, Kazuki had amnesia; he didn’t have many fears. But it was that amnesia itself that hit him hard; He started not being able to see, hear, smell, or feel. He couldn’t remember who he was. He was losing his entire existence.

Luckily for everyone, one of our members Elios, had somewhat befriended the changeling beforehand, and managed to persuade the changeling to stop. The members all snap out of the illusion and most are in a sour mood ofc. Meanwhile, Kazuki comes to realize how much Halo had become an important anchor for him in such a short time.

Speaking of tabletops, I joined a World of Darkness based one called “Halo(Elysian Vice)”.

The setting is in an american city called New Gates, where both humans and supernaturals coexist under the rule of a council. Ofc, there’s still problems that arise between races, and there is an organization called The Circle who try to keep balance between them, sending out members to handle conflicts that arise. “Halo” is known to be a very stylish bar & lounge in the city, but that is only its front as it actually works as mercenaries for the Circle.

Player characters include; Akira Date, an underground fighter who’s a disowned son of a yakuza boss(played by @magistelle), Blance Labelle, a prostitute boy who seems to have the looks of a child(played by @shindras), Elios Ezra, a kind young man with good looks and charms who kept getting fired in his jobs up until this one(played by @blacklimes), Angelica Lupei, an ex-singer who lost her voice after being kidnapped by a cult and getting her throat damaged(played by @confuseduzu) and Vance Hollistone(played by @demondice) , a hacker and playboy who knows how to have a good time. All humans who happen to come across the supernatural(Examples include being kidnapped cause they interested one, being kidnapped for their looks and worth, wanting vengeance with one and actually trying to kill one, framed for something they didn’t do and angering their boss who happens to be one, accidentally sleeping with one-)

My boy Kazuki Kurogane came to this city with amnesia; While he can remember his past of being in Japan as a self defense force soldier, he cannot remember why he’s in America now, in this city with only his pet dog Tama in tow, nor how he got here. He works with Halo after saving his part time job manager’s life from a bunch of vampires and ghouls and proving his strength in firearms and combat. Halo offered to help figure out his past in payment for his services.(ofc he gets paid, and boy does this job have a VERY good pay) 

The one thing I’m very glad about for Wilhelm is he started off a very depressed, unconfident boy who thought everything he did was never enough through some of the harsh treatments he had from his somewhat manipulative eldest brother, but he grew to accept failure and the small deed to be actual accomplishments, being content with what he had, and obtain happiness.

Speaking of D&D the first one I played had ended and it was very fun!! I kept forgetting to upload some of the pics I drew =w=;;

I played Wilhelm, a paladin from a noble family who had very little confidence in himself but gradually developed as he recieved a lot of support from his team, particularly a tiefling fighter by the name of Joe(played by @blacklimes) and by the end of the campaign they became boyfriends!^^

And slightly Japanese related but I’m currently playing one of my Japanese boys in a D&D 5e game; Kouichi Kannagi, Fighter Class & Subclass Samurai who wanders the lands in search of connecting to a god his good friend Tomonari follows as a cleric, while taking on small mercenary jobs. He actually has a background of being the son of the prime minister of a certain country called Inishi, but it seems he’d rather not be referred to them.

Speaking of Japanese, I started a homebrew tabletop campaign(using the World of Darkness system as base) with @wendigoparty as my co-game master. It’s called Special Affairs Bureau or SAB, a small police department in Tokyo Japan specializing in the investigation of poltergeist/supernatural crimes and cases, made up of exorcists who can control “Ki” to fight and defend the people.

Ki is the energy that flows through all living creatures. What is special about these exorcists is that they are able to command this Ki to their will, and manifest it into special abilities, depending on their training and affinities. Most commonly they stem from bloodlines that served the gods, back in the old days were the pacts between gods and humans were made.

There are 4 classes to exorcists;

陰陽師 Onmyouji; those who specialize in fighting supernatural, controlling one of the 5 natural elements.

法術師 Houjyutsu-shi; those who specialize in spirits, they are able to send them off to the afterlife safely as well as heal their allies in battle.

結界師 Kekkai-shi; those who specialize in defense, creating barriers for allies and also being able to seal away supernaturals for good.

召喚師Shoukan-shi; those who specialize in understanding the supernaturals, and being able to form mutual pacts with them in which they can summon the pact supernatural to come to aid.

Players are new members to SAB, who on each session take on investigating mysterious murders and disappearances of people, and apprehend aggressive supernaturals such as youkais and spirits, using their special abilities.
