I never had to be self-sufficient before this. You were the thing that forced me to not expect, rely, or believe. Oh how I miss the old innocence. The blissfullness. The raw expectation that was allowed to romanticise itself. How disappointment can change you

Can a heart that's never been broken, really tell you what love feels like? In loss, we learn so much about our hearts true desires. In loss, we learn much of love.

You songwrite during the honeymoon stage. Get the hits out of your system. But the poetry...ah the poetry happens years in. Tried and tested love is oh so poetic, but not something you dance too.

Stop for a moment Just think... You could be happy. You could be filled with joy and love and laughter. Why have you chosen to be so mean to yourself? Be gentle, child, be oh so gentle with yourself

I do not exist for you.

This world is full of passion and excitement. If it doesn't grow you, move you, excite you, keep you up at night, give you butterflies, bring you joy or challenge you... escape average

You can't paint over a crack in the wall. Fill it with the truth. It might not fit comfortably but it's better than the crack reappearing over time
