The New Zealand lads have just dropped this, another track from their upcoming LP SWIM.

It's everything you'd expect from Die! Die! Die! really, no surprises there. But hey, whats so bad about consistently awesome rapid punk rock?

It follows the first dip into SWIM 'Crystal', which played out as a bit more refined. Check 'em both out below.

Following the release of their Mess LP, Liars have just released the video for the single 'Mess On A Mission'. Its pretty glitch perfect, fitting in nicely with the 64-bit feel of the track. It's co-produced by Urban Outfitters, which is pretty much irrelevant corporate bullshit but I'm chucking it so I can tag it. World domination one Tumblr tag at a time...

Legendry NZ label Flying Nun is celebrating World Record Day with a bunch of vinyl reissues.

The first of the reissues is Dunedin Double, a double EP featuring sides from The Chills, Sneaky Feelings, The Stones and The Verlaines, was originally released in 1982 and announced the South Island city as fertile ground for lo-fi talent.

The second is Bored Games EP Who Killed Colonel Mustard (pictured). Members of Bored Games later went on to form the bands featured on Dunedin Double.

Thee Oh Sees have just dropped a couple more tracks from their soon to be released new LP Drop. ‘Transparent World’ & ‘Savage City’ continue Thee Oh Sees steady development, the former even including vocoder effected vox.

Cool Death Records houses some of Melbourne's best punk and hardcore, including the recently disbanded Gutter Gods, who's 2013 LP Innersense was one of the best Australian hardcore releases in recent times. 

Leather Lickers combine raw, early stooges-esque instrumentation and manically screamed vocals to great effect on 'Smell The Glove'.

There's a few left-over demo cassettes from their launch gig about a month back, allegedly recorded over various Bollywood soundtracks, with a regular press to come soon.

This little piece of straightforward garage-pop by the young UK duo was just premiered over on Pitchfork.

They're described as 'fledglings' by their label Fatcat Records and cite PJ Harvey, The Breeders and The Throwing Muses as influences.

Montreal post-punks Ought will be releasing their debut LP More Than Any Other Day via Constellation Records at the end of April. They've already dropped album tracks 'Waiting' and 'Weather Song' and have just followed up with the premiere of 'Habit' via The Needle Drop.
