If you walk near Division and Damen you will pass a building that used to house Soma Studios, one of the locations used for recording Wilco's 2004 masterpiece A Ghost Is Born.
According to their webpage, the studio is relocating. A lot can change in 10 years, but Xavier Mendes says that this record still holds up and has the emotional impact it did when it was released in June of 2004.
