Mami is the team mom, of course, and this carries over to her relationship with Kyouko and Sayaka. She spends her time trying to reign in the more destructive habits that the two of them tend to encourage in each other. If only to make sure her two beloved kohai don't get themselves killed by egging each other on into something astronomically stupid. The two of them act put upon sometimes by this but they secretly love it and love Mami for it, though they may sardonically act like children about it to fit the role which Mami ultimately is delighted by. Sometimes they both kiss her before running off to do something dumb again just to give themselves a head start before she can reprimand them.

Madoka is an easy target for teasing in every way imaginable and both of them take great joy in seeing which one of them can make her become the most flustered (Sayaka is currently in the lead but Kyouko calls that an unfair childhood friend advantage because Sayaka has all kinds of juicy inside info fhat she lacks). It's all in good fun though and at the end of the day madoka is the ultimate little sister to both of them and when the teasing stops the doting begins (which, funny enough, just tends to make Madoka even more flustered than the teasing.) They kiss her all over, constantly affirming how cure she is until she's a vaguely pink and red unintelligible mess.

The office immediately split into two factions over it. One says that if anyone falls in the spike pit it's their own fault for being so stupid and not watching where they're walking, so we should remove the sign. The other says that the sign is an insult, there shouldn't be a spike pit in our office at all, and having the sign up like that is just normalising the existence of the spike pit, so we should remove the sign.
