After a long day I think Netherlands likes to get scratched and his hair petted… like a bunny– but only when he’s alone with Spain or else he pretends it’s never a thing lmfao

But then when Spain has had enough he just dead-weights himself on Spain knowing it won’t get him moving whoops

Anyways! Here’s day 2 for hetaberia week!

Day one- Living Together

For as long as João could remember, he had wanted to live on the water. 

Several years later he's achieved that and more, settling down with his husband, Abel, in a picturesque part of Amsterdam, but there's a part of his dream left waiting, unachieved. A childhood yearning he still hopes to make real.

I feel like the hetalia community is made a lot more fun and welcoming by sharing resources, so here's a list of some short form content that I frequently refer to! They focus on what it was like to live in the past, which is really good for adding historical flavour to fics such as what characters would be eating, wearing, and using. Most of what I have bookmarked pertains to the history of England/Britain, but there's some global history scattered through.

In most fairy tales written by humans, there is no mercy for the likes of a wolf. Time and again they're killed by 'heroes', leaving families broken. Children orphaned.

On the other side, in the world where ‘villains’ thrive, wolf man João cares for such children. He hopes to see them grow strong, live long, and also hopes for a happy ending of his own—a reunion with a man torn from him years ago.
