According to William Turvil, he reported that as much as 59 percent of the total number of female entrepreneurs are within that age range.
The report, according to him was obtained from the Private Bank’s Essence of Enterprise report for HSBC. The implication of this new outlook is quite far reaching; it means that more and more females are rising beyond the societal stereotypes of women been second best, not supposed to be in business, not supposed to be outside their homes, to begin to look at aspiring to be the best business person there is in the world.

More importantly, according to the UK research as mentioned by William, it posited that female entrepreneurs tend to be more successful than their male counterparts. The aforementioned position was measured by the rate of turnover of the respective businesses for men and for women. It was said that $4.1m was generated by female entrepreneurs whereas a mere $4m was generated by men given the same time frame.
The slight difference in income generated by both men and females may highlight a slight advantage or maybe strength the female specie enjoys over the men. It is therefore important that the women are encouraged to participate in various endevours so as the get the best out of their productive elements.
