this morning I am thinking about the way a space becomes charged by repeated action. Like how would a room that has held a lot of prayers feel different from a concert venue? I'm thinking about your heartbeat imbuing the space in front and behind your chest with its signature and becoming an energy center. The way repeated thought changes your mental landscape, how can intention change the energetic landscape of a space without adding items? If you clap in the room you're in, the air will feel crisp..if you're sensitive to that anyway

I like saying "I'll allow it" only in contexts where I have no power or authority

unpopular opinion maybe but waking up to rain on a quiet weekend is quite literally the most magical thing in the world

just remembered that happiness is only an emotion and not something i can ever achieve as a permanent state no matter how many milestones reached or goals achieved it is only ever going to be an emotion that comes and goes ! No matter WHAT!

here is your gentle reminder that there are dandelions growing through cracks in the sidewalk. there is a fence lizard on the porch who is growing a new tail. there are trees growing through an abandoned house, branches tearing through the ceiling, ferns carpeting the floor. there is life pushing forward, pushing through. 

there is no unlived life or alternative reality where everything went right…. there is only here and now what are you going to do with it
