Will you firmly remind me to breathe when my brain forgets mid anxiety attack?

Will you always grab my hand and keep me safe in crowds?

Will you always defend me in public and discipline me in private?

Will you give me the physical pain I require to keep my inner demons at bay?

If I wake up in the middle of the night with a nightmare and you're sound asleep because you need to go to work the next day do you still expect me to wake you?

Will you promise to always tell me if I'm being too needy?

Will you promise to always do monster checks and door lock checks when my anxiety is high?

Will you squeeze my hand when you see my anxiety acting up?

When I'm struggling with my weight issues and food issues will you promise to always be patient and non judgmental?

When I am laying beside you jolting around from a nightmare will you promise to hold me and love me and keep me safe?

Promise if I'm happy and little one minute and oddly quiet the next that you'll know my anxiety is winning and I need my hero Daddy to scoop me up into his lap and hold me?

Promise when I apologize a million times in the day you will remind me in not a burden.

Promise if I'm clingier than normal you will smoother me in kisses and love because something is going on in my head and I need my Daddy.

Promise that you need to be my Daddy just as much as I need to be your little Kitten
