ok there are these things called macro calculators that will tell you how much protein/carbs/fat you should eat in a day to make gains, and yeah i'm trying to put on muscle but what the fuck is up with the idea that i should be eating over 150g of protein a day man. are these things invented to sell protein shakes? because at my normal intake i would have to drink three of them a day. which is a suspicious number
