As many have been eagerly waiting, today is June 18th, the day the discord was to be dropped followed by the official opening the next day. Unfortunately the discord drop will be pushed for tomorrow, June 19th.

The honest reason simply being, I spend the day farming gear with a friend. And well, if the discord would be dropped now I won't be around long to answer questions or meet Players joining. As a staffer, that would feel unfair to the community. With the discord coming out on June 19th, majority of the day and into the night I will be available.

Now the big question, will this push back the opening date? No. The opening will still be on June 19th, however, it will be dropped a few hours after the discord has. Thus expect it likely in the evening on eastern standard time.

Customizable Protagonists are accepted here. There's no specifics on how such characters backstories are to be made, nor are there requirements to play these kind of characters. The main thing is there is a different in the username from other custom characters of the same fandom.

Personally not familiar with ffxiv but it seems the WOL can be different classes. So maybe they're called Warrior of Light but for username purposes they're Warrior of Light (Monk). If that makes sense? Otherwise just giving them a name is fine too, if not easier.
