So I'm on instagram scrolling through and someone posted a video of this woman slapping and continuously trying to fight a man and he tells her more than 3 times to leave him alone and to settle down. So after a few more hits, he basically suplexes her on her ass, but it's not like execessive he just picks her up and drops her. As expected everyone in the video is like "you can't do that because she's a woman" whatever that same schtick. So I go to the comment section and someone says "she deserved it because she kept messing with him. Women need to understand that you can't just hit someone relentlessly and not get fought back" and someone posted this in response. So basically, women can make a massive generalization about men right? Just talk all the crap they want and generalize men and when we say "hey we agree it's a problem, but maybe specify what type of men you're talking about because we feel disrespected and wrongly accused and roped into a group that we are not apart of" we're in the wrong. But if a woman doesn't like being generalized in a group of women that she knows she's not apart of and is being roped in with a group generalization, we should just accept it and change how we word it to make them more comfortable right? Well it works both ways. This is one of the things that I've been talking about for the longest time. Don't generalize, specify. Everytime the roles are reversed we should change everything to fit things out for women so they can feel 'empowered' and 'accepted' but when it comes to men it's just "get over it" and other brash and cold things.
