So much shit the DSMP got away with that other SMPs would be way too organized to do. A major character literally died permanently in a huge dramatic moment, something no one on the server had done before, but then the CC decided that the only reason that character was really truly dead is bc it was his third "Canon Death." So we as the community had to piece together how many canon deaths each character probably had and what made a Canon Death "count" meanwhile the other CCs were totally unaware of this storytelling mechanic until their chats started asking about it. Insanity

i've seen some confusion about this so let me clear up:

the cheating isn't recent, this was during MCC 11 before parkour warrior was revamped to what it is today and techno was still competing

he was using a macro to essentially jump for him so that 90% of his jumps were guaranteed. insane work

upon vod review it turns out this guy is not NEARLY as good at movement as it looks like. the type of movement he was doing is the type that no human being could do on a tick-perfect rate first try. it just wasn't caught before now because the movement community back then was much smaller and didn't know as much as we do today (i can go more in depth about this/share the clips of Hamm talking about this if anyone is curious about the technical side)

people are upset because 1. it's cheating flat out 2. it was his performance that fans used to harass techno about his OWN performance and eventually quit mcc 3. it's instance number 5000 of dream being a horrible person and lying about it and 4. dream frequently crashed out about games he lost so this is extra poor sportsmanship from him specifically
